miston Irrigation District in Uma­
tilla County, Oregon and to all per­
sons interested in said district, that
J. F. McNaught, H. J. Stillings and
T. W. Botkin, directors of said Dis­
trict, have by petition commenced a
special proceeding in the Circuit
Court of the State of Oregon for
Umatilla County for the purpose of
having a Judicial examination and
judgment of the Court as to the regu­
larity and legality of the proceedings
