makes it the duty of the market
agent to Investigate complaints, and
upon request, set as mediator or ar­
bitrator In any controversy or issue
that may arise among producers,
distributors and consumers of such
products, and la case the parties to
the dispute fail to reach an adjust­
ment, he may make his findings
public. The matter of grading eggs
according to siss and weight ts sim­
ple and there should not be any
marked difference between the grad.
