Mr. and Mrs. August Linder near
the Cold Springs Reservoir were
surprised last Sunday by having one
of their old Wyoming friends, John
T. Hawks, call on them for a day's
visit. The Linders, the Floyd Knerr
family and Mr. Hawks are all re
cently here from Buffalo, Wyoming.
While they think Wyoming Is a good
country, they all declare that Oregon
‘has it beat, and they are here to stay.
