THE HERMISTON HERALD, HERMISTON, OREGON SAVING Are you saving a few of those cheap dollars each month? As conditions advance to normal the buying power • of a dollar will increase. Every dollar saved now will be worth two eventually Higher Prices Crops LUMBER REDUCED 30 PER CENT. New price list just started—may advance soo- due to fall demand Put Today’s PROSPERITY Into Much Needed Buildings First National Bank Manager Brownson of the Tuni-A-Lum Lumber Co. states that he is now working on list No. 12, which is the third and latest decline in lumber prices this year. Brownson says much building is being talked of this year, but that shortage of cars and workmen may delay fall building until bad weather unless early action is taken and building plans are not left till the last minute as is usually the case. Carpenters Smith, Rogers, Correll, Strohm, McDermed and Longhorn are already busy and have much work ahead in some cases. Almost certain advances in lumber prices and scarcity of labor will make the “Last Minute" builder wish be bad planned and started earlier. i “Size up your crops” and PLAN "AFTER HARVEST” BUILDING NOW, is Manager Brownson’s advise. Tum-A-Lum Plan Dept, furnishes in 48 hours when required plan and estimate of cost of buildings for Homes and Farms. No obligation to buy. Brownson has the Tum-A-Lum plan books of Homes (pictures of interiors) and Farm Buildings which he will be glad to explain. OF HERMISTON Dr. Freeze makes FOR SALE—Six H. P.
