Notice is hereby given that an
election will be held at the U. S.
Reclamation Service Office in Her-
misión, Oregon, within the proposed
Hermiston Irrigation District in Um-
»Ulla County. Oregon, on the 15th
day of December, 1919, between the
hours of 8:00 o’clock in the morning
and 8 p. m. of said day, for the
purpose of determining whether or
not the said proposed Hermiston Ir­
rigation District shall be organized
under the provisions of Chap. 357,
General Laws of Oregon, 1917, and
Acts amendatory thereof. The elec­
tors within said District shall be re-
sired to cast ballots at said elec­
tion which shall contain the words
Irrigation District, Yes.” and “Irri-
fation District, Np,” and also the
names of such electors as shall be
nominated to be voted for at such
election, and three directors shall
le elected by the District at large,
and that the County Court has ap­
pointed H. M. Sommerer and Thomas
Campbell and E. L. Jackson as an
election board of Judges for the pur-
