suit within six weeks of the date of the first
publication of this summons, and you will take
notice that if you fail to appear and answer or

thereof will appeal to the above entitled court for
the relief prayed for in the complaint, viz., for
judgment against you in the sum of $245.00 upon
one of the notes referred to in the complaint and
the further sum of $250.00 upon the second of the
notes referred to in the complaint, together with
interest on each of said notes at the rate of 6 per
cent per annum from and after May 20, 1911, and
for the further sum of $50.00 attorney’s fee and
for the costs and disbursements in said suit, and
the expenses of sale of the following described
property: S one-half of the NW quarter of the
SE quarter of the SE quarter ofSec. 32. Tp. 5 N.
R. 29, E. W. M., and that the Court order fore­
closed the mortgage on said property referred to
in said complaint, and that the proceeds of such
sale be applied as by law provided, and that
plaintiff's lien shall be decreed to be superior in
right, equity and interest, and that the defendant
and all persons claiming through defendant, be
forever foreclosed of all equity in and to said
property, except only the equity of redemption.
