plaint in the above entitled suit within six weeks
from the date of the first publication of this

of the Hon. Gilbert W. Phelps, judge of the
above entitled court, duly made and entered on
the 1st day of December, 1916, directing that
publication hereof be made once each week for
a period of six weeks consecutively in the Her­
miston Herald, and the first publication hereof is
made pursuant to such order on the 9st day of
December. 1916.
