im proving an d it is hoped by his
friends th a t th e change of location
will g rea tly benefit him.

tram w ay front the vicinity of Cloud
t a p inn to th e top of Mt. Hood,
w hich w as ag itated a few years ago
and rejected by Colonel Greely of
the fo restry service, seem s now to
be receiving favorable co n sid era­
tion on th e p art of S ecretary J a r ­
dine and bids fair to become a
reality.

land next week. He will m eet with
