sum m er, lives in th e grove joining

ing, la ter to be used for a garage,
w hich now is th e ir tem p o rary
home, for w hich m ost of th e logs
a re cu t and pealed. Mr. B ran d t in ­
tended to follow his tra d e as p la s­
te re r on th e F o ster road and in
so u th east P o rtlan d , b ut he got
good jobs n ea rer home, and in
G resham . T he latest job he landed
is p la ste rin g th e Nels L ekander
home back of th e E lkhorn farm on
