position, spoke on the value of club
w ork and m ade the broad statem en t
th a t M ultnom ah county, Oregon, is
ranked as first In rep resen tatio n of
club m em bers In the United S tates.

on boys and girls In w ork of this
kind yielded a splendid Income.
