ful w edding m arch from Lohen­
g rin , th e b ridal p arty ta k in g places
u n d er a wedding bell, w hich hung
in an arch m ade of snow balls.
The bride ca rrie d a show er bou­
quet of O phelia roses, lilies of the
valley and w hite sw eet peas. The
bridesm aid, Mrs. D oris Bram hall,
ca rrie d u show er bouquet of pink
sw eet peas. Lloyd B ram hall was
best m an. The ring cerem ony was
used.
A bufTet luncheon was served.
T he w edding cake, w hich was tru ly
a w ork of art, w as made by Mr.
Jo h n so n of Crown Point.
T he bride received m any w ed­
ding p resents.
Mr. and Mrs. G ebhardt left for a
honeym oon trip to Newport. They
will be a t hom e to th e ir many
frien d s a fte r Ju n e 1st a t th e old
G ebhardt home at Corbett, Oregon.
T h eir friends join in w ishing the
young couple m uch happiness on
th e ir life’s journey.

and evening in Mayger, Oregon,
and w ill deliver a M emorial ad ­
d ress th e re the follow ing day.
T he services held in the church
last Sunday w ere in sp irin g and
helpful. The ad d resses delivered
by Dr. M illiken and Dr. McCormick
w ere uplifting to all, especially for
the Sunday school w orkers. The

H enry McGinnis died at his home
betw een P leasan t Home and B or­
ing Monday, May 23. at th e ag e of
64 years. Death w as caused by
B rig h t’s disease from w hich he had
been a sufferer for some tim e. F u ­
n eral services w ere held at th e
P leasan t Home M ethodist ch u rch
W ednesday afternoon under th e di­
rectio n of the G resham F u n eral
p arlo rs and in term en t took place
in Douglas cem etery.
