past four years, died a t St. V incents
hospital a t 1:30 a. m. T h u rsd ay , as th e
re su lt of in ju rie s he received th e day
previous w hen a 60-pound boulder,
loosened by th e re c e n t rain s, rolled
down a steep bluff at Bull Run and
stru c k th e m an on th e head, f ra c tu r
ing his sk u ll. R obertson, w ho w as
connected w ith th e city w ater bureau,
w as w o rk in g w ith tw o o th e r m en at
th e rock c ru sh e r w h ere th e ro ad lead
ing to th e Bull R un head w o rk s is be
ing im proved. A huge b oulder b e
cam e dislodged and sta rte d down the
face of th e bluff, a d istan ce of about
450 feet. T he co u rse of th e rock w as

the left side of th e head, knocked him
