Sugar in 1924 was the highest in
SUGAR MARKET
February and March selling
------------------------- . around the $10.00 mark. It was
lowest in August and December selling around $7.50. In 1923 June
saw the highest Sugar Market, selling around $10.00 and February the
lowest selling around $7.50. So you see these two years high and low
prices were about the same with the low point time and high point time
almost reversed.
At the end of 1924 Sugar is selling around $7.50 or at the low
point of 1923 and 1924. At that we would advise buying onlv on a
‘Hand to M outh" basis as a further decline of 50 cents or $1.00 should
be expected. When this decline occurs sugar should then be a good
buy. However, we will keep our customers posted and are always in a
position to protect you against advances.
