stre e t, P o rtlan d . Dressed hogs and
dressed veal will be handled on a
five p er cent basis. C ream ery b u tte r
and cheese will be sold a t a charge
of one-half cent u pound. One-half
cent a dozen will be the com mission
on stric tly fresh eggs. This ex
change has th e only refrig eratin g
plant on F ro n t stree t. T he m anager
can . afford to keep produce' fo r a
week if th e price is low. If the
farm er has som eone like th is to re p
resent him. th e re is no reason why
he can not get th e top notch price.

w ithin 48 hours.
T he F arm B ureau has also m ade
arran g e m en ts w ith a shoe factory in
V erm ont by which an all-leath er
w ater-proof shoe will be sold to ail
