T he d irecto rs presen ted a plan by which th e local dairym en would ta k e over th e whole plant w ith th e p referred stock and pool th e interests. T he plan was voted on by th e dairym en p resen t and it was c a r­ ried alm ost unanim ously. T here w ere only two dissenting votes. A m eeting was also held in the S pringdale schoolhouse M onday evening, and also in th e D am as­ cus schoolhouse th is aftern o o n . C onditions point favorably to ­ ward th e unanim ous adoption of th e plan by th e dairym en b u t it is not as yet q u ite certain .
