of the following Project:
Industrial Area Connec-
tor Road - 2025. Proposals
for the construction of the
Project will be received
at the office of IRZ Engi-
neering & Consulting lo-
cated at 500 N. 1st Street,
Hermiston, Oregon 97818,
until Thursday, July 31,
2025, at 2:00 p.m., local
time. There will be no for-
mal opening of Proposals.
The Project includes the
following Work: Con-
struction of approximate-
ly 6 miles of 36-foot wide
asphalt concrete pavement
roadway, along with drain-
age ditches on either side
of the roadway to collect
stormwater runoff; con-
struction of access road
approaches to tie into ex-
isting roads; and construc-
tion of a new intersection
at the Oregon Military De-
partment (OMD) entrance
on Cedar Street. Additive
Alternative Work includes
construction of a new ac-
cess road entrance along
the east boundary of the
OMD property. Work shall
include, but is not limited
to, furnishing all labor,
materials, equipment, sup-
plies, and appurtenanc-
es necessary to complete
the Project as specified
in the Technical Specifi-
cations and as shown on
the Drawings. Obtaining
