RP states there is a horse
that is very malnourished
and has no water or food
and looks like it has rain rot.
RP does have photos thinks
this is the right location she
believes its by milepost

Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP
states that he bets there will
be a white dodge journey
speeding, and a white ford
edge just went through the
stop sign on eight. Dispo-

Driving Complaint
Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Blue
Chevy SUV, possibly Sub-
urban, speeding down Utah
and towing a vehicle behind
it with a rope and had loud
music. The car it was tow-
ing was missing its front
bumper and was a sedan.
RP was concerned because
the tow rope was two piec-
es tied together. Last seen
Idaho. Disposition: COM-
PLETED.
Noise Complaint
Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Red
Dodge pickup with loud
music drove by the RPs res-
idence. Vehicle has damage
to the front and rear on the
passenger side, went down
Eighth. Disposition: UN-

Driving Complaint
Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. A dark
gray Jeep Cherokee sped
down Utah after checking
its mail. 321 LND/OR is the
plate, ongoing issue with
this vehicle. Disposition:

Dog Complaint
Occurred on W Eighth
Rd, in Irrigon, OR. RP ad-
vised her neighbor’s dog is
killing another dog. MCSO
responded, dog owner was
advised and confirmed both
dogs were theirs.

Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Dark
grey jeep liberty sped to-
wards tenth. MCSO ad-
vised, out of position. Dis-
position: ADVISED.
Burglary
Occurred on Se Fourth
St, in Irrigon, OR. RP ad-
vised she is in the process
of moving and she believes
last night someone broke
in- there are windows bro-
ken. MCSO responded,
report taken. Disposition:
COMPLETED.

Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Dodge
pickup with welding equip-
ment in the back, spun
its tires and sped towards
Brandon St. MCSO ad-
vised, out of position. Dis-
position: ADVISED.
Assault
Occurred at Columbia
River Ranch on Kunze Ln,
in Boardman, OR. Client
attacked staff, still at the
counter yelling at staff.
The subject was arrested
by MCSO for Assault IV.
Subject lodged at UCJ with
no bail.

Civic 2 door, plate ending
in LLB went down Utah
and refused to stop for
him at the crosswalk and
is at the high school now.
Ongoing problem with this
male driver. Disposition:

Theft Complaint
Occurred at St Patrick’s
Senior Center on N Main
St, in Heppner, OR. RP
came into SO to report a
theft of tires from the back
of his pickup. RP does
not have a working phone
and would like a deputy to
make contact with him at
his apartment. Disposition:
REPORT TAKEN.
Driving Complaint
Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. White/
maroon dump truck speed-
ing down Utah from Tenth
and headed towards Di-
vision. Disposition: UN-
ABLE TO LOCATE.

Ave, in Irrigon, OR. White
dodge journey was behind
a school bus, ran the stop
sign on seventh and sped
towards tenth.

Driving Complaint
Occurred at Wilson Ln/
Laurel Rd, in Boardman,
OR. RP advised approxi-
mately an hour ago he was
driving down Wilson and at
Laurel In there was a school
bus driver that pulled out
in front of him and a dump
truck. Both the truck and
the RP had to lock up the
brakes. RP advised there
were kids in the bus as
well- bus number 361. Dis-
position: COMPLETED.
Suspicious Activity
Occurred at Columbia
Ln/W Eighth Rd, in Irri-
gon, OR. RP advised on
Columbia the was an older
white four-door SUV with
an older female driving and
cracked windshield- it went
around a semi and hit a pole
and then continued on. It
was last seen headed west.
**MCSO responded,
unfounded. Disposition:
UNFOUNDED.
Theft Complaint
Occurred at Irrigon
Shell Station on E High-
way 730, in Irrigon, OR.
RP advised she just wit-
nessed a female steal some
items. RP advised they left
it in a grey Toyota, possibly
headed east on highway
730. Disposition: CLOSED
PENDING RECONTACT.
blackmailed by someone
they met on TikTok. The
individual threatened to go
to the FBI and falsely ac-
cuse the resident of rape if
they did not pay $500. The
resident requested in-per-
son contact with a deputy
to address the situation.

Extra Patrol
A complaint was re-
ceived from a resident on
Highway 74 Lena in Hep-
pner, OR regarding speed-
ing vehicles. The resident
reported almost being hit
while pulling out of their
driveway, and stated that
similar incidents have oc-
curred numerous times over
the past two years. The
resident requested extra
patrols in the area to address
the issue of speeders in
the morning. Disposition:
complete.
Welfare Check
A concerned individual
requested a welfare check
on their friend residing on
S Birch St in Ione, OR.
The friend had sent a text
message expressing fear for
her son, who was allegedly
involved with drugs and
alcohol. The sheriff’s office
promptly responded and
confirmed that everything
was fine. Disposition: com-
plete.
Dog Complaint
Heppner Elementary
School reported a dog com-
plaint involving a black,
brown, and white cattle
dog that was seen chasing
children leaving the school
premises. The sheriff’s of-
fice responded to the lo-
cation but was unable to
locate the dog. Disposition:
unable to locate.
Harassment
A resident on Coun-
ty Line Rd in Hermiston,
OR reported an incident
of harassment. The indi-
vidual encountered a man
who entered the residence
where the resident was
taking care of a dementia
patient. The man shouted
and made threats towards
the resident. The resident
requested phone contact
from a deputy to discuss the
situation further. Disposi-
tion: complete.
Driving Complaint
A resident on Se Utah
Ave in Irrigon, OR lodged
a complaint against their
neighbor, who was repeat-
edly speeding in a jacked-
up Dodge pickup truck with
grayish color and primer
patches. The complainant
also mentioned that the
neighbor’s wife had recent-
ly sped down Utah Ave in
a Cadillac. Disposition:
advised.
Disturbance
A disturbance was re-
ported at Green Acres on
Paterson Ferry Rd in Irri-
gon, OR. The individual
reporting stated that their
probationary son had de-
stroyed their trailer, result-
ing in a heated situation.
The reporting party ex-
pressed a desire to have
their son arrested, or they
would take matters into
their own hands. Disposi-

A resident on Se Utah
Ave in Irrigon, OR reported
a driving complaint involv-
ing a light blue or light
gray Jeep Cherokee with
roof racks. The vehicle was
observed speeding on the
road and continued to do
so upon reaching the gravel
towards Tenth St. A deputy
responded to the report but
found no activity. Disposi-
tion: complete.

A resident on Se Utah
Ave in Irrigon, OR filed
another driving complaint
against their neighbors,
who had driven recklessly
into their residence in a
black Cadillac Escalade and
gray Dodge pickup. The
deputy responded to the
complaint but was unable
to locate the mentioned ve-
hicles. Disposition: unable
to locate.

Occurred at Se Utah
Ave/Se Eighth St, in Ir-
rigon, OR. Extra patrols
requested for speeders and
cars playing loud music
between 02:00 and 03:00
in the morning. Disposition:

Occurred at Morrow
County Sheriffs Office on
W Willow View Dr, in
Heppner, OR. A person
reported that they have an
ex-employee who is mak-
ing threats by text message
and showing up on their job
sites in Ione and Boardman
taking pictures. The person
would like phone contact
from a Deputy to find out
what their options are. Dis-

Trail Rv Park on Ne Wash-
ington Ave, in Irrigon, OR.
A person reported that a
smaller dark colored dog
followed them home and
they need it picked up. The
person will be in a black
Chevy pickup parked out-
side the RV park. Disposi-

person requested phone
contact regarding a subject
who is threatening them at

person reported that their
10-year-old daughter was
shot with a BB gun by at
least 4 juveniles at the park
next to the skate park. The
person is getting ready to
go back down to the park
to find the boys. There are
marks on the child’s chest
and face. Denying medical
attention. Person is in a

son advised that a bright
blue Honda Fit went past
their house at a high rate of
speed towards tenth. Dispo-

its tires down Utah and

730, Irrigon, OR. A white
Dodge pickup pulling a car
trailer was stopped. Byrd,
Shane was given a warning
for obscured plate. Key, Na-
talie Lanae was arrested by
BPD on a Walla Walla war-
rant and a Umatilla County
warrant and lodged at UCJ.

Bobbi Lee was arrested by
BPD on a Walla Walla war-
rant and lodged at UCJ. No
