MCSO April 3rd
Abandoned Vehicle
At Love's Travel Stop
and Country Store on Tow-
er Rd in Boardman, OR.
There was a report of an
abandoned semi-truck that
had been parked there for
two weeks. The truck, a
red CR England truck with
the number 220860, was
located near the scales.
Morrow County Sheriff's
Office (MCSO) was con-
tacted and made contact
with the vehicle. The issue
was resolved and deemed
completed.
Assault
An incident of assault
was reported at Love's
Travel Stop and Coun-
try Store on Tower Rd in
Boardman, OR. A female
individual claimed to have
been physically assault-
ed by her husband. It was
unknown at the time if
the male was still present,
but the female appeared
to be injured and kept go-
ing back and forth to the
bathroom. MCSO checked
the area, spoke to staff and
patrons, but were unable to
locate the female. The case
was closed as "unable to
locate."
Driving Complaint
A driving complaint
was reported at the inter-
section of SE Utah Ave
and SE Seventh St in Ir-
rigon, OR. The complaint
involved a FedEx driver
who allegedly ran a stop
sign at the intersection.
The driver was last seen
delivering a package at 530
SE Utah. MCSO attempted
to locate the driver but was
unable to do so.
Welfare Check
A welfare check was
requested on Lakeview Ct
in Heppner, OR. The re-
porting party stated that
her husband had locked
himself in his room and
she was unable to gain
entry. Earlier, EMS had
responded to the location,
but the husband refused
treatment and left against
medical advice. The re-
porting party expressed
concern for her husband's
well-being and requested
assistance. MCSO made
contact and resolved the
situation.
Animal Complaint
An animal complaint
was received regarding
a pasture of goats on W
Eighth Rd in Irrigon, OR.
The reporting party be-
lieved the goats were in-
fested with worms and
one of the goats was found
deceased in the back of
the yard. It was reported
that the owner of the goats
was unable to take care of
them. MCSO checked on
the situation and deter-
mined that everything was
in order.
Noise Complaint
A noise complaint was
made by a resident on SE
Utah Ave in Irrigon, OR.
The complainant report-
ed a black Chevy Malibu
driving by with loud music
playing. The vehicle was
last seen heading down
Tenth St. The reporting
party believed the driver
was intentionally harass-
ing him. MCSO checked
the area but did not ob-
serve any violations.
Suspicious Activity
A report of suspicious
activity was made on SE
Utah Ave in Irrigon, OR.
The reporting party stated
that a green Honda Od-
yssey was parked outside
with a female individual
sitting inside, using her
computer. The reporting
party suspected that they
may be stealing their Wi-
Fi. MCSO attempted to
locate the vehicle but was
unsuccessful.
Suspicious Activity
An individual made
a report of suspicious ac-
tivity on Ne Aiken St in
Heppner, OR. The report-
ing party stated that her
car had been damaged by
what appeared to be BB
gunshots. MCSO made
contact with the report-
ing party and resolved the
case.
Driving Complaint
A driving complaint
was received on SE Utah
Ave in Irrigon, OR. The
complaint involved a sil-
ver Toyota Highlander
speeding down Utah Ave
towards Tenth St. The ve-
hicle was known to be
parked on the corner of
Idaho and Tenth St. The
situation was noted, and
the reporting party was
advised.
Suspicious Activity
A resident on Sw
Third St in Irrigon, OR, re-
ported suspicious activity.
The reporting party stated
that a male individual was
parked in a vehicle outside
her residence, while her
daughter was home alone.
The male claimed to be
looking for a coffee lid but
had been there for almost
twenty minutes. The ve-
hicle was described as a
black Toyota Camry from
the mid-2000s. MCSO re-
sponded to the call, but the
vehicle had already left
upon their arrival.
Driving Complaint
A driving complaint
was reported on SE Utah
Ave in Irrigon, OR. The
complaint involved a
red Dodge pickup with
chrome rims. The vehicle
was observed speeding
down Utah Ave, talking
on the phone, and running
a stop sign on Seventh St.
The situation was noted,
and the reporting party
was advised.
Extra Patrol
A request was made
for extra patrol on Kunze
Ln and Toms Camp Rd in
Boardman, OR. The re-
porting party stated that
there were speeders pass-
ing through a construc-

Driving Complaint
A driving complaint
was reported on Se Utah
Ave in Irrigon, OR. A
grey Buick that lives on
Brandon St was alleged-
ly speeding and causing
damage to the area. MCSO
were unable to locate the
vehicle.
Civil Complaint
A civil complaint
was filed at the Morrow
County Sheriffs Office
on W Willow View Dr in
Heppner, OR. The com-
plainant reported that back
in December 2022, they
filed a request for sup-
pressor work with Herm-
iston. They completed the
required fingerprints and
other necessary steps but
have not received any fol-
low-up communication.
The individual sought
contact to clarify their op-
tions. The Morrow County
Sheriff’s Office made con-
tact with the complainant
and provided the requested
assistance.
MV A-Fire
An incident involv-
ing a motor vehicle on fire
occurred at the intersec-
tion of Laurel Ln and Co-
lumbia Ave NE in Board-
man, OR. It was reported
that a car was found in an
embankment and a male
individual was observed
standing outside the ve-
hicle. The Boardman Fire
Department, M8 l, Mor-
row County Sheriffs Of-
fice, and Boardman Police
Department responded to
the scene.
Juvenile Complaint
A juvenile complaint
was received at Heppner
High School on NW Mor-
gan St in Heppner, OR. It
was reported that a juve-
nile had brought a vape de-
vice to the school. The sit-
uation has been resolved.
Harassment
A harassment incident
was reported on Se Divi-
sion St in Irrigon, OR. The
complainant informed the
authorities that they have
been receiving threats over
the phone from an individ-
ual located in Ohio. Al-
though they have already
filed a report in Ohio, they
were advised to report the
issue to their local agency
as well. This incident has
been resolved.
Extra Patrol
The Morrow County
Sheriffs Office received a
request for extra patrol at
the intersection of Kunze
Ln and Tower Rd in Board-
man, OR. The request
came from Windwave, and
they reported ongoing is-
sues with vehicles running
through stop lights that
operate on timers within
their work zones through-
out the day. Specifically,
a brown Ford pickup and
a black Nissan were men-
tioned. Extra patrols were
conducted in the area from
Monday to Thursday for
a period of two weeks. If
the issue continues beyond
this timeframe, further ac-
tion will be taken.
Citizen Assist
A citizen requested
assistance at a residence
on Se Park Pl in Irrigon,
OR. The complainant no-
tified the authorities that
a younger male, who is a
friend of their stepson, en-
tered the house and is re-
fusing to leave. The com-
plainant does not know
the individual's name but
wants them removed from
the premises. A Deputy
made contact.
Domestic
Distur-
bance
A domestic distur-
bance was reported on I
84 E in Boardman, OR. It
involved a gray 2012 GMC
Terrain and a male indi-
vidual. The suspect was
arrested for Reckless En-
dangering of another and
Assault IV-DV. The indi-
vidual is currently lodged
at UCJ (Undisclosed Coun-

Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP
states there was a car driv-
ing by his house with loud
music and it woke him up.
RP is very upset. Disposi-
tion: COMPLETED.
Driving Complaint
Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. A car
came off se 8th on to Utah,
it’s a dark color Honda civ-
ic that flew up to 10th. Dis-
position: COMPLETED.
Driving Complaint
Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. A car
came in on division and
tore up the corner did not
see the but saw it when RP
came back from a walk.
Disposition: NO ACTION
TAKEN.
Dog Complaint
Occurred on E Main
St, in Ione, OR. RP reports
that her dog has gotten out
and no one can catch her.
The Dog is a brindle boxer/
shepherd mix, no tags but
wearing a pink/blue collar,
goes by Nikita. RP states
that she was told that her
dog bit someone and RP
is afraid that she will bite
someone else. RP isn't sure
what to do and would like
phone contact with her op-
tions. Disposition: COM-
PLETED.

Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP ad-
vised a White Ford F-150
spun his tires in the gravel
in front of his house, head-
ing towards tenth. Disposi-
tion: ADVISED
Noise Complaint
Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP
advised a red Dodge truck
cranked up his music real
loud while driving past his
house. Disposition: COM-
PLETED.
Dog Complaint
Occurred at E May St/
Se Chase St, in Heppner,
OR. A black lab that al-
most attacked a kid’s dog
while he was walking it,
last seen headed towards
Despain Pizza, unknown
owner, unknown if it had a
collar on RP does not need
contact, but is available at
Bucknums if needed. Dis-
position: UNABLE TO
LOCATE.
Suspicious Activity

Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP
advised when walking
past a Black Ford F-150
parked near his house, the
truck cab was filled with
so much cologne that he
could barely breathe, and
they must be covering
something up. MCSO re-
sponded, unable to locate
the vehicle. Disposition:
UNABLE TO LOCATE.

Occurred at Highway
207 Echo/Butter Creek
Rd, in Echo, OR. Aggres-
sive truck driver was all
over, passed in no pass-
ing zone, hwy 207 /butter
creek, all over the road,
semi with WA/348ZS,
trailer# 115, hauling feed,
tractor is gray in color,
heading north on Hwy
207 from Butter Creek Rd.
Disposition: REFERRED
