Taylor (Residence) on
Brace Rd, in Irrigon, OR.
RP states she is living on the
residence with her dog and
the home owner is not giv-
ing her money back so she
can leave. RP would like
the owner of the property
checked on for some threats
the RP has given. MCSO
responded, RP is not there,
landlord is fine. Disposi-
tion: COMPLETED.

County Sheriffs Office on
W Willow View Dr, in
Heppner, OR. Warrant ser-
vice by HPD. Wilhelm,
Lane James was arrested by
Hermiston PD on MCCC

A misdemeanor, UEMV.
Subject lodged at UCJ with

Harassment
Occurred at Ione
School on Spring St, in
Ione, OR. RP is requesting
phone contact from the
SRO in regards to a harass-
ment issue that occurred
at the school. Disposition:

Dog Complaint
Occurred on Estate
Loop, in Irrigon, OR. RP
advised her dog is missing.
It is a medium size male
Beagle with collar and tag.
RP’s information can be
given out, and she will call
if located. The dog went
missing a few minutes ago.
The owner has called back
saying the dogs have re-
turned home. Disposition:

Driving Complaint
Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Dark
gray Jeep Cherokee with
OR/321 LND, sped through
area, headed back to its res-
idence on Brandon St - 3rd
house on Brandon from
Utah on the right. MCSO
located the vehicle, parked
and no one around. Dispo-
sition: UNFOUNDED.

Occurred at Se Divi-
sion St/Se Kristen Dr, in
Irrigon, OR. RP advised a
Dodge Journey sped by RP
and yelled at him. It went
towards Eighth. MCSO
checked the area, UTL.
Disposition: UNABLE TO
LOCATE.
Disturbance
Occurred on Se Divi-
sion St, in Irrigon, OR. RP
advised her son is on some-
thing and was abusing her
husband. She advised he
started hitting her husband.
Deputies responded. Parties
agreed son would stay in his
trailer and calm down. Dis-
position: COMPLETED.

Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Silver
dodge neon, 2 door, sped
towards tenth st. Deputy
was advised. Disposition:
ADVISED.

advised a gray Dodge Neon
went past his house at a
high rate of speed heading
towards Thompson Dr.

advised a black Chevy Mal-
ibu was playing music way
too loud, towards Division.

Journey went up off Eighth
towards Tenth and punched

went past his house at a
high rate of speed towards
Division. Deputy was un-

Suspicious Activity
Occurred at Java Junk-
ies on E Highway 730, in
Irrigon, OR. RP advised a
female with orange hair,
wearing a black jacket with
blue lettering and dark jeans
and white shoes, was going
through the dumpster at this
location. She was asked to
leave, and the RP saw her
pull a knife out and she
was arguing with a street
sign. Female left heading
west towards the Shell gas
station. Disposition: COM-
PLETED.
Violation Restraining
Order
Occurred on Nw Wa-
ter St, in Heppner, OR.
RP advised that someone
left a bag with pictures
and a note for someone
she has a restraining or-
der against. Cellular E911

WPH2. Disposition: RE-
PORT TAKEN.
Shots Fired
Occurred at Idaho Ln/
Cedar Rd, in Irrigon, OR.
RP advised that he heard
shots in the area, she be-
lieves it came from the first
house on the left on Dylan.
She did see a black car
speeding through the area
couple mins ago. She does
not need contact, just would
like a deputy to check the
area. Disposition: UN-
ABLE TO LOCATE.
Suspicious Activity
Occurred on Se Kris-
ten Dr, in Irrigon, OR. RP
advised that she had seen
two individuals wearing
black hoodies by her ve-
hicle unsure if they were
trying to break into her car
but then she heard gun shots
and both individuals ran
towards the school. RP is
requesting contact. Dispo-
sition: COMPLETED.
MCSO April 1 st
Animal Complaint
Occurred at W Fourth
Rd/Idaho Ln, in Irrigon,
OR. RP advised that there
were 3 black cows and 4
calves with red ear tags in
the road. He was able to get
them into the pasture right
there since it had an open
gate but he is not sure if
that is where they belong.
MCSO checked the area.
Disposition: UNABLE TO
LOCATE.
Driving Complaint
Occurred at Se Utah
Ave/Se Seventh St, in Irri-
gon, OR. RP advised a red
Dodge Durango refused to
yield to him at this intersec-
tion. MCSO advised, out
of position. Disposition:
ADVISED.
Vehicle Fire
Occurred on Highway
206 Condon, in Heppner,
OR. Flat bed with smok-
ing tires/wheels, no one
around. HEPF and MCSO
responded. Fire was put
out, complete. Disposition:
COMPLETED.

Occurred at Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
on W Willow View Dr, in
Heppner, OR. The truck
driver needed phone num-
ber for Lakewood police
dept to report his car stolen
in Tacoma Washington.
