Occurred at Bombing
Range Rd/Strawberry Ln,
in Lexington, OR. RP needs
to report a windshield that
was busted out of a track
hoe. RP is available by
phone for contact. Disposi-
tion: COMPLETED.
Suspicious Activity
Occurred at Umatilla
Fish Hatchery on River-
view Ln, in Irrigon, OR. Rp
reports a motorhome that
has been camping down
at the fish hatchery for
the last few days. Motor-
home is tan/brown in color,
older model with a truck
cab. There has been activ-
ity down there, so there is
someone in it. Disposition:
COMPLETED.
Noise Complaint
Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP
reports loud music from
Seventh/Division area, un-
known if it is coming from
a vehicle or a residence.
Disposition: UNABLE TO
LOCATE.

Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP
reports that there is a male
drove by speeding in a red
2 door Toyota. On going
issue. RP thinks that he is
being harassed. Disposi-
tion: ADVISED.

advised a white Ford Fl50
with cream color on the
bottom and an older blue
extended cab Dodge sped
through towards Tenth.
Deputy responded, unable
to locate. Disposition: UN-

Dog Complaint
Occurred at Bombing
Range Rd/Lindsey Feedlot
Rd, in Boardman, OR. Rp
advised a dog was dumped
off in the area. She picked
it up near Bombing Range/
Lindsey Feedlot and took it
to her house. She has had it
for four days and has posted
it on social media. She now
needs it picked up. Male
cow/herding dog, no collar
or tags, very friendly and
non-aggressive. Disposi-
tion: COMPLETED.
Noise Complaint
Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Rp
advised a black Chevy
Malibu with loud music
came off Seventh, shut it
off, then turned it on next
to Rp’s resident and went
towards Rp’s neighbor’s.
Deputy was advised, out
of position. Disposition:
ADVISED.
Noise Complaint
Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. RP
advised Chevy Malibu with
loud music went towards
Tenth. The loud music was
rattling rp’s walls. He last
heard it in the area of Ida-
ho/Seventh, then advised it
was coming back to Utah.
Deputy was advised, out

Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Rp
advised a white four door
Dodge pickup flew towards
Tenth. Deputy was advised,
out of position. Disposition:

Animal Complaint
Occurred on Kunze Ln,
in Boardman, OR. RP ad-
vised one of his neighbor’s
cows was in his yard. It is
now back on his neighbor’s
property, but it caused some
damage to his garden. RP
would like phone contact.

Dog Complaint
Occurred at Ne Eighth
St/E Highway 730, in Irri-
gon, OR. The set of duplex-
es has a dog loose and it
charged at the RP the dogs
were small looking dogs.
Disposition: UNABLE TO
LOCATE.
Driving Complaint
Occurred on I 84 W,
in Boardman, OR. Rp ad-
vised someone tried to hit
rp’s semi-truck and he has
video. Caller was connected
directly to OSP.
Citizen Assist
Occurred on SW Third
St, in Irrigon, OR. Rp ad-
vised that someone from
the county was looking for
his daughter last week. Rp
would like phone contact.
She doesn’t know why they
are looking for her.
Suspicious Activity
Occurred at Nw Wash-
ington Ave/Nw Second St,
in Irrigon, OR. Rp advised
there is a white car in the
area with the hood and
trunk up, and someone dig-
ging in the trunk. Rp feels
it is suspicious and would
like a deputy to check on
it. Deputy responded. The
subject is having vehicle
issues and will be moving
along shortly. Disposition:
COMPLETED.
Suspicious Activity
Occurred at W Eighth
Rd/Highway 730, in Irri-
gon, OR. Rp advised there
was a gray van parked off
the road. The passenger
was kicking the driver in the
head and driver was trying
to restrain the passenger.
Vehicle was at SE corner
of the intersection. Cite#
46434 was issued to the
subject for 8 l l.175 DWS
Violation, !JC 04/17/2024
0900hrs and a verbal warn-
ing for F/Obey TCD. Dis-
position: CITATION IS-
SUED.
Noise Complaint
Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Blue/
white 4 door Ford pickup
was driving on the other
side of Division St and he
could hear his music inside
his house with the windows
closed. Has writing in the
back window. Disposition:
Advised.
Dog Complaint
Occurred at Heppner
High School on Nw Mor-
gan St, in Heppner, OR. RP
reports that her red border
collie “Deets” jumped out
of the back of her pickup at
the baseball field at the high
school. Her number can be
given out if he is found or
call her husband She will
call if they find him. The
dog was found.
Animal Complaint
Occurred at Peters Rd/
Wilson Ln, in Boardman,
OR. RP would like to report
animal cruelty. A horse is
being malnourished. RP
would like phone contact
from a Deputy. Disposi-
tion: UNDER INVESTI-
GATION.
Citizen Assist
Occurred on Se Green
St, in Heppner, OR. Rp
advised that city manager
stopped him and told him
there was an ordinance
about riding a long board
on the sidewalk in town. RP
would like phone contact.

Suicidal Subject
Occurred at Green
Acres on Paterson Ferry
Rd, in Irrigon, OR. RP
advised her husband is
making suicidal threats. He
is refusing a safety plan and
threatened suicide by cop.
RP was not sure where he
was, but believed he is at
home. Disposition: COM-
PLETED.
Suspicious Activity
Occurred at Crooked
Rd/Depot Ln, in Irrigon,
OR. RP advised there was
a suspicious car parked
on the side of the road on
Depot by crooked rd. Dark
Gray Chevy Cruz. RP is
unsure if it is abandoned or
broken down. RP also had
a woman come to his house
earlier asking weird ques-
tions, not sure if the two
are related. Disposition:
COMPLETED.

Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Black
Chevy Malibu went past his
house playing music way
too loud heading towards
division. Disposition: AD-
VISED.
Assault
Occurred on Se Kris-
ten Dr, in Irrigon, OR. RP
advised he was attacked
by a man while he was out
walking. RP is back at his
house and the male left in
his black Chevy Malibu.

MCSO March 21 st
Welfare Check
Occurred at Marion
Taylor (Residence) on
Brace Rd, in Irrigon, OR.
RP states she is living on the
residence with her dog and
the home owner is not giv-
ing her money back so she
can leave. RP would like
the owner of the property
checked on for some threats
the RP has given. MCSO
responded, RP is not there,
landlord is fine. Disposi-
tion: COMPLETED.

School on Spring St, in
Ione, OR. RP is requesting
phone contact from the
SRO in regards to a harass-
ment issue that occurred
at the school. Disposition:

Dog Complaint
Occurred on Estate
Loop, in Irrigon, OR. RP
advised her dog is missing.
It is a medium size male
Beagle with collar and tag.
RP’s information can be
given out, and she will call
if located. The dog went
missing a few minutes ago.
The owner has called back
saying the dogs have re-
turned home. Disposition:
COMPLETED.

Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon, OR. Dark
gray Jeep Cherokee with
OR/321 LND, sped through
area, headed back to its res-
idence on Brandon St - 3rd
house on Brandon from
Utah on the right. MCSO
located the vehicle, parked
and no one around. Dispo-
sition: UNFOUNDED.

sion St/Se Kristen Dr, in
Irrigon, OR. RP advised a
Dodge Journey sped by RP
and yelled at him. It went
towards Eighth. MCSO
checked the area, UTL.

sion St, in Irrigon, OR. RP
advised her son is on some-
thing and was abusing her
husband. She advised he
started hitting her husband.

agreed son would stay in his
trailer and calm down. Dis-

dodge neon, 2 door, sped
towards tenth st. Deputy
