MCSO Jan 7
-Driving Complaint
Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon. White four
door GMC pickup ran the
stop sign on seventh and
sped heading back to Bran-
don st.
-911 Hangup/Aban-
doned/Accidental
Occurred on E 2ND St,
in Ione. Spanish speaking
male advised he is having
phone issues. That someone
has hacked his ‘Whats app’.
-Driving Complaint
Occurred on Se Utah Ave,
in Irrigon. White ford fl50
with extended cab, bucket
seats, and chrome tool box
went by at a high rate of
speed, California stop at
seventh and headed towards
division.
-Driving Complaint
Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon. Rp advised
he thinks there is a white
tow truck driving through
the area and revving his
engine he doesn’t recognize
the vehicle and advised it
looks suspicious.
-Occurred on Se Utah
Ave, in Irrigon. Older white
long bed pick up going at a
high rate of speed towards
tenth.
MCSO Jan. 8 th
- MVA-Fire:
A car went off the road
near Sand Hollow Rd/Ken-
ny Rd in Heppner. The driv-
er was helped by another
person and was transported
to PMH. The driver was
issued a citation for driving
uninsured.
- Welfare Check:
A female was seen wav-
ing cars down and walking
back and forth near the
Irrigon Leaming Center.
Deputy responded but was
unable to locate her.
- Burglary:
An elderly male broke
into a residence on Se Cal-
ifornia Ave in Irrigon. He
left without causing harm.
The suspect was described
as a white male with white
hair wearing two jackets.
- Driving Complaint:
A dark grey jeep Wag-
oner was repeatedly speed-
ing up and down Se Utah
Ave in Irrigon with loud
music playing.
- Fraud/Forgery:
Two checks were writ-
ten out of the rp’s joint
account with her father on
Ne Ninth St in Irrigon.
- Driving Complaint:
A silver Honda Civic
was reported to be speeding
on Se Utah Ave in Irrigon.
- Driving Complaint:
A silver Corolla blew a
stop sign and almost hit the
rp near Se Fourteenth St/Se
Idaho Ave in Irrigon.
- Citizen Assist:
A person locked their
keys in the car with a
3-month-old infant inside
on Shobe Canyon Rd in
Heppner. Assistance was
requested to unlock the car.
- Driving Complaint:
A red Toyota Camry
was driving at a high rate
of speed and spun its tires
at the corner of Se Utah Ave
and 8th St in Irrigon.
- Disturbance:
A subject broke into a
residence on Shoemake Rd
in Boardman and assaulted
the rp’s roommate. The
suspect, wearing a green
jacket, fled the scene.
- Disturbance:
A female at Glen Hav-
en Apartments in Heppner
had concerns about her
grandmother’s well-being
after hearing yelling and
screaming. A deputy was
requested to respond. The
female was later arrested
for substance use.
- Driving Complaint:
A gold Acura from 7th
St was reported to be speed-
ing with loud music playing
on Se Utah Ave in Irrigon.
- Vehicle Fire:
A vehicle caught fire
with visible flames on I 84
E between Hermiston and
Boardman. The fire was
handled by BPD, BFD,
and BAMB, with OSP and
ODOT informed.
- EMS:
A medical alarm was
activated at St Patrick’s
Senior Center in Heppner. A
74-year-old female reported
falls, a possible broken rib,
and dizziness in the bath-
room. She refused medical
attention.
- MVA-Fire:
A car went off the road
near Sand Hollow Rd/Ken-
ny Rd in Heppner. The driv-
er was helped by another
person and was transported
to PMH. The driver was
issued a citation for driving
uninsured.
- Disturbance:
A male at Glen Haven
Apartments in Heppner
was reported to have dif-
ficulty breathing. The rp
heard yelling and scream-
ing and was concerned for
the well-being of her grand-
mother. The male was later
arrested for substance use.
MCSO Jan 9 th
- Motor Vehicle Ac-
cident; A motor vehicle
accident occurred at Love’s
Travel Stop And Coun-
try Store on Tower Rd.
in Boardman. The report-
ing party (RP) stated that
someone side swiped their
vehicle and the other indi-
vidual involved is still on
the scene. The RP believes
that the other individual
does not want to go through
insurance. The RP provided
details about the vehicles
involved, including their
descriptions and locations.
The Morrow County Sher-
iff’s Office (MCSO) re-
sponded to the scene and a
report was taken.
- Driving Complaint;
A driving complaint was
reported on Se Utah Ave in
Irrigon. The RP stated that
a greenish black Mustang
was speeding in the area.
The RP also mentioned that
there are several vehicles
that harass them. A deputy
drove through the area but
was unable to locate the
reported vehicle.
- Driving Complaint;
Another driving complaint
was reported at the inter-
section of Se Division St
and Se Utah Ave in Irrigon.
The RP stated that a blue
four-door Suzuki sedan did
not fully stop at a stop sign.
Following that, a red Ford
F150 pickup truck with an
American flag tailgate ran
the stop sign. The RP men-
tioned that the pickup truck
resides on Seventh Street.
- Criminal Mischief
Complaint; A criminal
mischief complaint was
reported at High Banks
on Paterson Ferry Rd. and
Riverview Ln. in Irrigon.
The RP requested contact
to report vandalism to a
bathroom at High Banks.
A deputy responded to the
scene and took a report.
- Hit & Run; A hit and
run incident was reported
on Se Seventh St in Irrigon.
The RP reported that a dark
green vehicle hit another
vehicle at the intersection
of Division and California.
The RP followed the vehi-
cle back to SE Seventh St.
The report was taken by the
MCSO.
- Motor Vehicle Ac-
cident; A motor vehicle
accident occurred at Irrigon
City Hall on Ne Main Ave.
in Irrigon. One of the work-
ers at the location was hit in
their work vehicle and the
responsible driver fled the
scene. The worker has vid-
eo footage of the incident.
- Driving Complaint
A driving complaint
was reported on Se Utah
Ave in Irrigon. The RP re-
ported a gold aura two-door
vehicle spinning its tires
and going up to the school.
The deputy was informed
and had already been in the
area for an unrelated call.
- Noise Complaint
A noise complaint was
reported on Se Utah Ave in
Irrigon. The RP stated that
someone keeps blasting
music near their house.
Whenever the RP goes out-
side, the music stops, but as
soon as they go back inside
their house, the music starts
blasting again. The RP re-
quested a deputy to check
the area.
- Welfare Check; A
welfare check was request-
ed at the intersection of Co-
lumbia Ln and N First St in
Irrigon. The RP reported a
small red SUV on the south
side of Columbia between
First and Third Streets. The
driver of the vehicle had
their eyes closed and their
head leaned against the
window. MCSO responded
to the call but was unable to
locate the vehicle.
- Driving Complaint
A driving complaint
was reported on Highway
730 in Irrigon. The RP
reported that a tractor and
pilot truck were blocking
the middle of the highway
and not letting cars pass.
The RP also mentioned
that the cars passing were
doing so unsafely, causing
a buildup of around 30 cars
behind them. A deputy re-
sponded to the call but was
unable to locate the vehicles
involved.
- Agency Assist
The UCSO requested
assistance from the MCSO
to serve a warrant in Board-
man on Olson Rd. The
mother of the individual
with the warrant called to
report that her son was at
the location and had war-
rants out for his arrest. Kief-
er Broadbent was cited and
released by the MCSO on
UCCC and HMC warrants.
- Driving Complaint
A driving complaint
was reported on Se Utah
Ave in Irrigon. The RP
reported that a white SUV
went past their house to-
wards Tenth Street at a high
rate of speed.
- Prowler; A prowler
was reported on Se Division
St in Irrigon. The RP stated
that there was a subject
prowling around the house
next door. The subject was
seen in the backyard of
a house directly across
from the RP’s driveway.
When the subject saw the
RP, they ran across the
RP’s property behind their
shop. It was unknown if
the subject was still on the
RP’s property. The subject
was described as a shorter,
slender white male wearing
a dark hat, dark jacket, and
pants. MCSO responded to
the call but was unable to
locate the subject.
