MCSO January 5
-Boardman Police De-
partment reported a subject
kept calling, but wouldn’t
text back. BPD checked
the location but no one was
around.
-Boardman Police re-
ceived a request from a
subject for a welfare check
on his brother. The call-
er said he was unable to
make contact with him for
the past three days and was
concerned about his wel-
fare. BPD made contact
and the brother was okay.
-Heppner Ambulance
responded to a report of a
61-year-old female having
trouble breathing, shaking
and vomiting. The subject
was transported to Pioneer
Memorial Hospital in Hep-
pner.
-MCSO,

Ambulance, Heppner Fire
Department, Ione Fire De-
partment and Lexington
Fire Department received
report of a structure fire on
N.E. Chase St. in Heppner,
with smoke coming from
the house.
-Irrigon Ambulance
and Boardman Fire De-
partment responded to a
report of an older female
having trouble breathing.
She was transported to
Good Shepherd Hospital
in Hermiston.
-Irrigon Ambulance
received report of a
64-year-old male with se-
vere kidney pain and diz-
ziness when standing. He
was transported to Good
Shepherd Hospital in
Hermiston.
-Irrigon Ambulance
responded to Sergio’s
Mexican Restaurant in Irri-
gon for a 55-year-old with
unknown medical prob-
lems. He was transferred to
Good Shepherd Hospital in
Hermiston.
MCSO January 6,
2023: Hermiston Police
Department reported being
out with a subject. Herm-
iston Police Department
arrested Travis Andrew
Reed for Theft I. He was
lodged at Umatilla County
Jaile with no bail.
-MCSO received report
from an officer concerning
littering. The officer collect-
ed some trash.
-MCSO received re-
quest for extra patrols for a
fire. The neighbors advised
that people were inside the
structure at 6 a.m. the fol-
lowing day.
-MCSO received report
from a Heppner subject
who said his mother’s car
was in the grocery store
parking lot in Heppner by a
blue 4wd pickup. A deputy
responded and determined
that the parties would han-
dle the issue civilly.
-MCSO received report
of a Doberman running up
and down California St.
harassing other dogs. The
reporter called back to say
the owners had picked up
the dog.
-MCSO received report
from a subject on Idaho
Lane in Irrigon that her son
had been acting “crazy and
strange.” She requested a
welfare check on him. Dep-
uties responded and made
contact with the subject.
-MCSO received report
of a red semi with a flat bed
trailer that kept moving into
the caller’s land to prevent
him from passing. MCSO
responded, but was unable
to locate the subject.
-MCSO received re-
quest for a deputy con-
cerning a case of identity
theft. MCSO responded,
but determined there was
no crime at the time.
-MCSO received re-
quest for extra patrol for a
lot of traffic between Toms
Camp Rd. and Paul Smith
on Kunze Lane when shift
changes occur at the dairy
between 4-4:30 p.m.
-MCSO received report
of a male, 5’4”, wearing
a dark sweater and jeans
snooping around his prop-
erty. The caller reported
that he confronted him and
the subject headed west
towards the potato sheds.
Darwin ValleFlores was
arrested on a Multnomah
County warrant. He was
cited and released to appear
at a later date.
-MCSO received re-
quest for extra patrols from
a subject at Heppner-Spray
Hwy. The caller reported
that her ex had returned and
was driving a black Volvo
SUV.
-MCSO received report
from a subject on Pioneer
Lane in Boardman that a
neighbor was making a dis-
turbance on his front porch,
screaming and yelling. The
subject was trespassed from
the location and was ad-
vised that if he returned, he
would be arrested.
-MCSO received report
that the LaGrande Police
Department arrested Victor
E. Marlitt on an Irrigon Jus-
tice Court warrant. He was
lodged at the Union County
Jail with $6,000 bail.
-MCSO received report
of someone walking along
the side of the road wearing
dark colored clothing. The
call was relayed to OSP as
there were no county units
available.
-MCSO received re-
port of a driving complaint
against a subject in a Dodge
flatbed 4WD with a dog in
the back and a front left
headlight out. MCSO was
unable to locate the subject.
-MCSO received report
of two vehicles speeding to-
ward 10 th on S.E. Utah Ave
in Irrigon, one a gray Dodge
Carvan Sport and the other,
a white Toyota Camry, both
of which lived on S.E. 10 th
St. MCSO checked the area.
-MCSO received report
of a street lamp struck and
wires out with property
damage at Columbia Lane
and north First St. in Irri-
gon.
-MCSO received report
of bulls out and charging
vehicles on the depot near
McCall. MCSO responded
but was unable to locate the
problem.
-MCSO, Irrigon Am-
bulance received report of
a suicidal subject in Irrigon
with a female stating “You
are cutting yourself. That is
not good,” before the call
was disconnected. MCSO
and Irrigon Ambulance re-
sponded and it was reported
that Community Counsel-
ing was to be reaching out
to the caller.
-MCSO received re-
port of a subject causing a
scene at the Rustic Truck
Bar & Grill on Hwy. 730 in
Irrigon. The caller advised
that they wanted the subject
trespassed, but reported
that he had left the scene at
the end of the call. MCSO
responded, but the subject
was gone on arrival.
-MCSO received report
from a subject on Hwy. 730
in Irrigon that a vehicle
ahead of her was not main-
taining its lane and was
varying its speed. MCSO
was unable to locate the
vehicle.
-Boardman Ambu-
lance received report of a
trailer on fire one mile south
of Love’s on Tower Rd.
Boardman Fire Department
and Boardman Ambulance
responded.
-Boardman Am-
bulance received report of
a 24-year-old male with
asthma having trouble
breathing. Boardman Fire
Department and Boardman
Ambulance responded, but
the subject refused trans-
port.
-Boardman Am-
bulance received report of
a 60-year-old male with
neck pain. Boardman Fire
Department and Boardman
Ambulance responded, but
the subject refused trans-
port.
-Heppner Fire De-
partment initiated activity
for a fire investigation at
N.E. Chase St. in Heppner.

2023: MCSO reported of-
ficer-initiated activity at
N.E. Main Ave. in Irrigon,
High Banks, Paterson Fer-
ry Rd./Riverview Lane,
Irrigon-MCSO received a
hang-up 911 call. History
shows that the previous
tenants disconnected the
number.
-MCSO received a
driving complaint with the
caller advising that a black
truck with a flatbed had a
leashed dog riding in the
back with the vehicle trav-
eling 70 miles per hour. The
caller said the dog “looked
terrified.” MCSO was out
of position.
-MCSO received report
of a car stolen on N.E. 12 th
St. in Irrigon sometime
overnight. The caller said
the keys were in the vehicle
and it had a half tank of
gas. MCSO responded and
reported that the incident
was under investigation.
-MCSO completed a
vehicle check on Bombing
Range Rd. Everything was
clear.
-MCSO received report
of a silver Honda Civic
failing to maintain lane and
traveling around 30 mph
in a 55 mph zone. OSP
was out of position-MC-
SO received report that a
silver Jetta with Montana
plates approached the caller
from behind on Hwy. 74 in
Lexington and sped past. A
deputy was out of position,
but OSP was advised.
