Administrator on or be-
fore October 15, 2023 (the
61st day after the date of
publication of the notice),
the que-stions of issuing
the revenue bonds shall
be placed on the ballot at
the next legally available
election date. The Office
of the City Administrator

The resolution authorizing
the bonds is available for
inspection at the Office of
the City Administrator.

adopted Resolution No.
2023-03 on August 8,
2023, authorizing the is-
suance of wastewater rev-
enue bonds. The bonds
will be issued to finance a
portion of the costs of the
capital construction of a
new septic tank effluent
gravity system for the City.
The City Council may es-
tablish by subsequent reso-
lution all terms, conditions
and covenants regarding
the bonds and the revenues
which are necessary or de-
