Sheriff’s Report
-Continued from PAGE NINE
with a male in Heppner,
who advised he was okay
and just trying to use his
phone.
-A female in Irrigon
advised her ex sent her
a picture of himself in a
pickup with a firearm with
a test stating “goodbye.”
She advised the male had
moved out three weeks ago
and she was not sure where
he had been living. MCSO
made contact.
-MCSO was advised of
a silver Lexus trespassing
on the Amazon property
on Lewis and Clark Dr.,
Boardman. The individual
was currently on site taking
pictures of the property.
December 24, 2022—
MCSO responded to Mc-
Graw Lane in Boardman.
RP states that he slid his
2018 Nissan Sentra into
his neighbor’s fence. No
one is injured, but they
would like assistance from
a deputy as they are not
sure how much the damage
will be.
-Heppner Fire assisted
a citizen to the store as he
had no food in his house
and no transportation.
-MCSO responded to
W 2 nd Ione. RP states that
she heard three shots be-
tween her house and the
school. She thinks that it
is was smaller than a shot-
gun and she can smell gun
powder. MCSO was un-
able to locate.
-RP called MCSO was
wondering if someone was
available to go out and
sand Willow Creek Road.
She would like a call back
about what was done about
the black ice. Advised road
department.
-RP reported on W
Eighth Rd/Highway 730
in Irrigon there is a small
cream-colored SUV that
appears to have slid off the
road. RP did not stop but
there were some individ-
uals inside trying to flag
people down.
-MCSO arrested Dan-
iel Antonio Guadalupe
at W Willow View Dr in
Heppner on a warrant out
of Ontario for FTA/DUII
.16% with bail of $6000
10 % ok and lodged at
Malhuer County Jail. Also
lodged on local charges.
-Shot fired on SE
thirteenth Street, In Irr-
gion. RP advised he heard
semi-automatic gun fire in
the area of thirteenth and
California. MCSO was un-
able to locate.
-Ambulance respond-
ed to Sinclair Station on
Main Street in Boardman.
A 26 year old female C/
trouble breathing and
cramping. Transported to
hospital.
-Boardman
ambu-
lance, MCSO responded
to motor vehicle accident
RP states that a wrong way
driver just crashed into the
median. Patient refused
transport.
-Motor vehicle acci-
dent on Paul Smith Rd/
Wilson Lane in Boardman
vehicle spun went into the
ditch and cannot get out.
BPD made contact.
-Driving
complaint
occurred on Park Avenue
NW in Boardman. Red Da-
kota at the end of the street
doing donuts in front of his
house, pickup was making
rock go up and almost hit
the RP. MCSO was unable
to locate.
December 26, 2022—
A caller at the Sinclair Sta-
tion in Boardman reported
that a suspicious vehicle
was backed up near the air
pump and was very close
to the building. They re-
quested an officer check it
out. Boardman PD arrested
Dustin Thomas Armstrong
on an Idaho warrant for
Burglary. The subject was
lodged at Umatilla County
Jail with bail set at $25,000.
-A caller reported that
the back of his vehicle
exploded. There were no
injuries and the vehicle
was non-blocking, but he
was requesting contact for
insurance.
-Morrow County Sher-
iff’s Office and Heppner
Fire responded to Chase
St. in Heppner. A water
heater had exploded and
was smoking.
-A caller in Heppner
advised that there was an
older four-door vehicle that
had been driving up and
down Sperry St. for about
an hour. There were two
females and a dog inside.
The vehicle was currently
parked between two houses
a few hundred yards down
from the caller’s house. A
deputy responded but was
unable to locate the vehicle.
-MCSO received an in-
terpreter call from a person
in Heppner who advised
they could not get the water
from the shower to turn off.
It was still going down the
drain but had been running
for more than an hour. A
deputy contacted the caller,
who would be attempting to
contact a plumber.
-A female in Heppner
advised MCSO that she
had an ongoing issue with
a male banging on her door
and screaming. She advised
he was either back in his
apartment or outside at the
moment. MCSO responded
and contacted the subject
and told him to stop knock-
ing on the caller’s door.
-A male in Boardman
advised a female beat him
up and left the baby. He de-
clined emergency medical
services but wanted an of-
ficer to respond. The female
was no longer on the scene.
A Boardman Police officer
responded and took the in-
cident under investigation.
December 27, 2022—
Boardman PD was advised of
a suicidal juvenile who had
reached out on the hotline.
The juvenile had a plan laid
out for when she returned to
school but no plans had been
laid out for that day. BPD and
Community Counseling Solu-
tions responded.
-Morrow County Sheriff’s
Office responded to a report
of a caller’s daughter-in-law
attacking. MCSO arrested
Rebecca Lynn McDaniels for
menacing-domestic violence
and assault IV-domestic vio-
lence. Subject was lodged at
Umatilla County Jail with no
bail. MCSO also arrested Na-
than Aaron Nardi for strangu-
lation-domestic violence and
assault IV-domestic violence.
Subject was lodged at Uma-
tilla County Jail with no bail.
-A caller on Utah in Irri-
gon advised he saw a patrol
vehicle going down the road
real fast on his cameras. He
stated that it sounded like
they were going real fast and
it woke him up, so he checked
the cameras. No further action
was needed.
-A caller in Heppner ad-
vised the neighbor’s trampo-
line blew into their yard and
hit the back of their house.
It was unknown if there was
damage. The caller stated it
was becoming a recurring is-
sue when it got windy. MCSO
responded and the individuals
were handling it through in-
surance.
-MCSO was advised of
tumbleweeds building up in
the northbound travel lane on
Hwy. 207-Echo. They were
creating a traffic hazard. The
caller was referred to another
agency.
-A female in Lexington
requested deputy contact in
Heppner. She advised she
needed to report a runaway/
parental kidnapping that oc-
curred in July. The juvenile
was in Texas. MCSO took the
incident under investigation.
-Victoria Landeros was
arrested on a parole violation
detention warrant. The subject
was already lodged at Umatilla
County Jail, and a Morrow
County hold was placed.
-A female in Heppner
advised that her cousin stole
her credit cards and was using
them. MCSO made contact
and took a report.
-A caller reported that
they had a live-in contractor at
the residence in Ione while he
was working there. The male
was no refusing to leave and
stating that he had residency
there. The caller requested
phone contact.
-A caller in Heppner stat-
ed that a male was sitting
at city park flagging people
down and pointing at the
creek. The caller asked that
a deputy check on him and
make sure nothing was wrong
at the creek.
-MCSO was advised of a
four-foot wall of tumbleweeds
completely blocking the Pa-
terson Ferry/I-84 overpass.
MCSO made contact with
ODOT, who advised they
would handle the hazard.
-A female in Heppner
requested a welfare check on
her fiancé. They just broke up,
and she was concerned how he
was handling it. MCSO made
contact and the male was okay.
December 28, 2022—
Boardman ambulance
responded to Boardman
Chevron on Main Street N
for a male passed out in the
bathroom. BPD, MCSO,
BFD and BAMB responded
but the individual was gone
on arrival.
-EMS responded to
NW Tumbleweed Blvd. in
Irrigon for a 91-year-old
C/B, cold and clammy,
feels funny. Transport to
hospital.
-MCSO received a
complaint at SE fourth
street in Irrigon. Neighbor
is playing loud music. RP
is requesting a deputy make
contact and ask them to turn
it down. MCSO was unable
to locate loud music.
-Dog Complaint oc-
curred on SE Court Street
in Heppner. Brown and tan
large mastiff w/metal choke
chain running loose in the
area and barked and lunged
at him.
-Littering occurred at
Irrigon City Hall on NE
Main Ave, in Irrigon. RP
reporting that there is illegal
dumping of tires on city
property at the city shop.
Believes they know who is
doing it and has photos.
December 23, 2023—
Irrigon Ambulance re-
sponded to Highway 730
in Irrigon. A Silver Kia
spun out into the ditch,
driver said he was fine but
appeared to be injured. RP
was not involved. MCSO
responded; the driver re-
fused transport and some-
one was en route to pick up
the vehicle.
-Irrigon ambulance re-
sponded to SE Hurd Pl in
Irrigon, 84 yom chest/pain.
Patient refused transport.
-Suspicious Activity—
occurred at Boardman Rest
Area Eastbound on I-84
Rp advised there are two
people following him, a
male and a female. Rp is in
a Silver Ford Escape. The
two people are in a white
truck.
-MCSO responded to
a traffic hazard on W High-
way 730 in Irrigon. Laun-
dry basket and boxes with
clothing in the roadway
spread for about a mile.
-MCSO responded to
an animal complaint. A fe-
male advised a coyote was
going on her property all
times of the day. RP is con-
cerned for pets in the area.
-MCSO responded to
a caller in Heppner who
states that his father is be-
ing very aggressive and
throwing RP’s things in the
road, even though RP has
residency. Father may be
drinking and has guns in the
home. They are currently
separated; RP is in his truck
across the street. Deputy
responded and assisted in
loading the belongings onto
his vehicle.
-MCSO accompanied
DHS to a house at S First
Street in Irrigon. RP states
that the individuals may be-
come violent. She requested
a deputy accompany her.
