A public meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 25, 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Boardman City Hall Boardman, Oregon. The purpose of this meeting is to
discuss the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023 as approved by the Morrow County Unified Recreation District Budget Committee. A summary of the
budget is presented below. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained at 133 N Main Street, Heppner, Oregon, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00
p.m. This budget is for an annual budget period. This budget was prepared on a basis of accounting that is the same as the preceding year.

centers is a big concern to
communities. AWS says it
has been working across
its infrastructure to reduce
water consumption, using
advanced cloud services
to analyze real-time water
use, identify and fix leaks,
and gain other efficiencies.
The company is improving
operational efficiency by
eliminating cooling water
use in many of their facil-
ities for most of the year,
and instead using outside
air for cooling. AWS is also
focusing on using sustain-
able water sources, such
as recycled water and rain-
water harvesting, wherever
possible.
