Sheriff’s Report
November 18, 2022
-A person in Boardman
reported a missing quarter
horse, red rum broodmare
about 12 years old and
overweight. Advised she
had a full bag as she had
just had a baby. The horse
was located by the owner.
-An Irrigon resident ad-
vised MCSO that she was
out of town and a neigh-
bor had advised her a blue
car with tinted windows
was parked in front of her
locked gate and had been
there for a while. MCSO
responded. The individu-
als were there talking with
friends.
-A female in Irrigon ad-
vised she had gone to her
grandmother’s storage unit
and it appeared someone
had broken through the
wall. She stated her boy-
friend looked through it and
it appeared someone had
broken through multiple
units. MCSO took the in-
cident under investigation.
-A woman in Irrigon ad-
vised that she was at her
friend’s house and a boy-
friend just stole the vehicle,
a gray 2007 Toyota Camry.
The male had left less than
five minutes ago, headed
toward Hwy. 730. MCSO
took the incident under
investigation.
November 19—MCSO
responded to an address on
Meadow Loop, in Board-
man. Brown-gray dog with
blue collar in her yard try-
ing to fight with dog. This
is an ongoing issue. Owner
was given a verbal warning
for dog at large.
-MCSO responded to
a civil complaint at Riv-
erview Mobile Court on E
Highway 720 in Irrigon. RP
advised he needs to get his
belongings out of this ad-
dress, he states he has court
paperwork and he needs a
civil standby.
-MCSO responded to
disabled pickup with horse
trailer. He blew a tire on the
trailer and he cannot change
it without getting the horses
out of the trailer but no one
is moving over for him to
give him space.
-RP stated that these a
semi broken down in WB
lane of traffic between Lex-
ington and Hermiston. The
semi is right after a small
hill making it difficult to see
him quickly.
-RP requested extra
patrol at Dewey West Lane
in Boardman. They have a
construction site near this
address on the train tracks.
He has seen a white Chevy
Tahoe with tinted windows
pass the area multiple times
as if they are casing the
area. MCSO made contact
with the RP.
-MCSO responded
to a disabled vehicle on
Highway 207 Echo. Sil-
ver Dodge pickup pulling
a trailer leaking fluid is
blocking SB lane.
-Disturbance at River-
view Mobile Court on East
Highway 730, Irrigon. RP
is calling on behalf of his
father stating that an in-
dividual stole his father’s
credit card and has been
making payments on it. RP
is home for contact.
-Noise complaint on
SE Division St/Knapp St
in Irrigon. There is noise in
the area and it is covering
his TV.
-MCSO and IRRA re-
sponded to Riverview Mo-
bile Court on Highway 730
in Irrigon. A 29-year-old
male, c/b, overdose, took
several pills. Patient was
transported to GSH.
-Irrigon Ambulance
responded to SE Thomas
Ave in Irrigon. A 64-year-
old female c/b fell on her
stomach now has stomach
pain. Transported.
-IRRA responded to
SE Utah Ave in Irrigon.
RP advised his 76-year-old
grandmother c/b fell and
is bleeding from her face.
Transported to GSH.
November 20, 2022—
Morrow County Sheriff’s
Office was advised of a tas-
er deployment at Port View
Apartments in Boardman. A
female advised that a man
was there drunk and was
trying to kill her. Boardman
PD arrested Nicholas Ro-
berto Romero for Strangu-
lation-Domestic Violence
and Interfering with a 911
call. Subject was lodged at
Umatilla County Jail with
no bail.
-A male in Boardman
advised he was missing his
female black border collie
named Sally. Dog had a
collar.
-A caller on Utah Ave.
in Irrigon advised that a
dark gray Jeep Cherokee
flew through toward Bran-
don for the third or fourth
time. The caller also ad-
vised a car blacked out
before it got to his cameras.
The caller reported lots of
traffic since 5 p.m. MCSO
responded but was unable
to locate.
-A caller at Port View
Apartments in Boardman
stated there were three pos-
sible fireworks or shots
fired in the area. The caller
stated there was a whizzing
sound and then three pops
near the main office in the
parking lot. Boardman PD
responded and determined
it to be unfounded.
