Creek, south of Heppner.
Project location is the SE
fork of Shobe Creek from
the Hwy 207 bridge south
approximately 1500 feet
along the creek and ap-
proximately 50 feet wide
to the edge of olive trees.
Cut and remove all trees
and brush on both sides of
creek, leaving a 6” stump.
Bid on 2 options, itemiz-
ing each part. 1: All trees
and limbs to be removed
from property. A fence on
the west side of the creek
is to be completely re-
moved. The fence on the
east side of the creek is to
be removed as needed and
replaced to pre-existing
condition upon completion
of project. Entering Shobe
Creek with equipment is
not allowed. 2: Pile trees
and brush on respective
owners property on east
and west of the creek leav-
ing a 6” stump. Remove
the fence on the west side
of creek. Remove fence on
the east side of the creek
as needed and replace to
pre-existing condition at
the completion of project.
Entering Shobe Creek with
equipment is not allowed.
Costs of individual steps
must be estimated with the
cost of the total project.
