Technician II assists the
Maintenance Director in
managing equipment and
preventative maintenance
tasks in computerized soft-
ware program, assigning
out daily tasks and record-
ing completed tasks in the
system. Helps repair or
replace plumbing, electri-
cal and mechanical equip-
ment, changes heating/
cooling system filters, re-
pairs/replaces motors, fans,
bearings as needed, Repair

work with vendor as need-
ed to maintain constant
operation. Interior and
exterior construction proj-
ects as assigned. Maintain
grounds, all landscaping
duties, shoveling show on
