port on Kincaid Ln, Ione,
that caller can see someone
running around with a flash-
light and there has been
previous reports of break
ins in the area. MCSO made
contact with the property
owner, it was them on the
scene.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Depot Ln/SE Di-
vision Rd, Irrigon, that a
transformer blew, fire start-
ed and is spreading quickly.
Fire was put out and UEC
notified.
July 22: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on I 84
W, Boardman that a Dodge
pickup with a rack, hazards
on, is weaving in and out of
the lanes. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Wilson Ln/Bombing
Range Rd, Boardman of a
vehicle in the area. Subjects
were warned for trespassing
on farm property.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Depot Ln, Irrigon
of a dog loose in the area.
MCSO responded and was
unable to locate the dog.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Steagall Rd, Irrigon,
of an assault that occurred
an hour ago. Female victim
is at the residence, male
subject is out riding around
the area on a four-wheeler.
Female declined EMS.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SW Second St,
Irrigon, that caller has been
getting a dozen or so re-
stricted calls a day from a
stalker. She believes it is
her neighbor.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Spruce Ln/Fuller
Cyn Ln, Heppner that there
is a black cow on the road.
Caller called back and ad-
vised cow was returned to
the pasture.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon, that a gray Jeep Cher-
okee went past his house at
a high rate of speed towards
Division.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Board-
man of a disabled vehicle.
Sheriff’s Report
MCSO responded. Vehicle
was having issues, is back
on the road.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Lexington Airport
on Airport Rd, Lexington,
that there is an airplane off
the runway. Minor crash/
disable, no injuries.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Se Utah Ave, Irri-
gon, that a dark gray 4-door
Honda Civic sped down
towards Division. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave/SE
Brandon St, Irrigon, that
a dark gray Jeep Chero-
kee that lives on Brandon
speeds past his house, fe-
male driver, approx. 40
mph. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a
report at Heppner Mar-
ket Fresh on N Main St,
Heppner, that a 2011 Ford
Ranger, gray with gray
canopy, has keys inside the
vehicle.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman,
that a male with no shirt
was standing on the side
of the highway with his
personal belongings. Caller
stated that male looked like
he was intoxicated. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 206 Condon,
Heppner, that a black calf is
on the roadway. Owner took
care of the cow.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Steagall Rd, Irrigon
of a kitchen fire.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 207 Echo,
Echo that a dark blue Dodge
Neon is swerving across
the line, signaling but not
turning, pulled off into an
unmarked dirt road before
MP 22. Would like MC to
be on the lookout in case
they come into MC.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Bombing Range Rd,
Boardman that a pickup is
all over the road, speeds up
and slows down. Unable to
locate.
July 23: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on Idaho
Ln, Irrigon that caller has a
renter with a Doberman on
an enclosed porch. Has wa-
ter but no food, in a portable
dog cage. MCSO respond-
ed, nothing criminal yet.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Aguilar Flores,
Luis Gerardo was arrested
by UCSO on MCCC war-
rant. To be lodged at UCJ.
-MCSO received a re-
port on E Hwy 730, Irrigon,
that caller’s 1997 Chevy
pickup broke down. It is on
the side of the road, and she
will get it moved as soon as
possible.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Columbia Ln, Irri-
gon that caller would like to
report his brother as miss-
ing. Last seen 7/20/2022
around 1300 in the area of
Sagebrush Rd and Punkin
Center in Hermiston. Re-
ferred to Umatilla County
Sheriff’s Office.
-MCSO received a
report at Cottage Creek
Apartments on NE Chase
St, Heppner, that caller
from suicide prevention
advised she received a call
from a male walking in
Heppner and having suicid-
al thoughts. He has a plan
and means as well.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Paterson Ferry Rd,
Irrigon of a cold theft of
fuel, occurred sometime
between Tuesday and today.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Utah Ave/SE
Tenth St, Irrigon that a ma-
roon Suburban was speed-
ing toward Tenth, female
driver.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman,
that a blue Audi sedan is
driving at 100 mph. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SW Second St, Irri-
gon, that near the cul-de-sac
they have loud music going
on for three hours.

July 24: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on Power
Pole St, Irrigon that there
are about 10 cows in her
yard. She does not know
who they belong to, and she
is unable to go outside to
deal with them. Her animals
are fenced in, and she is
worried fences will be torn
down. MCSO responded.
Owner is getting a trailer to
collect them.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman,
that a red semi is all over
the road. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon, that a brown Monte
Carlo went past his house
blaring his music.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Matlock St,
Heppner, that caller was
assaulted yesterday around
2000 hours. She stated she
did not realize she had any
marking or bruising until it
was pointed out. Stated she
does not need EMS.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Gale St, Hep-
pner of two dots running
across the road and almost
getting hit on Fuller Canyon
and Hwy 74. Owner was
located.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Arlington,
that some of the barrier
cables were hanging down
on the bridge just east of
exit 47. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon, that a gray Jeep Cher-
okee went past his house
at a high rate of speed and
turned onto Brandon.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Paul Smith Rd,
Boardman, that it appears
someone drove through his
property and tore it up. He
advised he heard it approx.
a couple hours ago but just
came outside and noticed
the damage. MCSO made
contact. Appears the vehicle
just went off the road and
back on, no damage.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SW California Ave/
SW Second St, Irrigon that
there is a dog that has been
tied up all day. Caller be-
lieves the dog has had no
water or food.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
of a semi all over the road.
Referred to other agency.
-MCSO received a
report on NW Water St,
Heppner, that his neighbor
left earlier today to check
his trail cams and was sup-
posed to be back this after-
noon and hasn’t returned.
Said they were going up
towards Ukiah. MCSO
responded. Caller advised
the individuals called back
and all was OK.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Columbia Ln/W
Sixth Rd, Irrigon that there
is loud music going on,
MCSO made contact, music
will be turned down.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman,
that there is a female on
the side of the road with
their hood up and children
around. Unable to locate.
