Sheriff’s Report
The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information:
July 10: Morrow Coun-
ty Sheriff’s Office received
a report on NE Chase St,
Heppner, that there is a dark
truck with a canopy parked
out front of the house next
door that is vacant. She did
not see anyone going into
the house. Deputy respond-
ed; everything appeared to
be normal at the residence.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Heppner Mobil and
Circle K on N Main Street,
Heppner that a light tan,
dark muzzle, female dog
is running loose on Main
St. MCSO responded; no
unleashed dogs in the area.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a semi pulling an Am-
azon trailer is all over the
road. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Second St, Ione,
that caller would like a
welfare check on her sister.
She hasn’t heard from her
in a couple days.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Kunze Ln, Board-
man that some black cattle
are currently on Kunze Rd.
Caller advised that one of
the cows walked along her
fence line and was headed
towards another property.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Arling-
ton, that OSP advised of
a driving complaint about
eight minutes ago, that two
vehicles appear to be trav-
eling together at 110+ mph.

-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman,
that a black SUV is swerv-
ing in and out of traffic,
driving on the shoulder of
the road. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
of a disabled vehicle, blown
tire on the trailer.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman,
that an older blue Honda
minivan was going east on
the westbound lane. Now
going the correct direction,
they would like BOLO and
find PC to ensure every-
thing is code 4. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave/
SE Tenth St, Irrigon, that
a white Nissan frontier
speeding towards Tenth.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Utah Ave/SE
Tenth St, Irrigon that a gold
SUV, possibly a Mazda or
newer Ford Explorer, was
speeding towards Tenth.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SW Heppner Spray
Hwy, Heppner that a don-
key was out on the highway.
Caller stated that she put the
donkey back in the yard but
believes the donkey can still
get out through a gate that
does not shut properly. Call-
er just wants us to be aware
since it is getting dark soon.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Pettyjohn’s on Lin-
den Way, Heppner that a
black and brown dog ran
towards Pettyjohn’s and
was almost struck when
he ran in front of his car.

port on NW Oregon Ave, Ir-
rigon that a fawn is trapped
in a field behind her resi-
dence. It has been out there
for about a week and the
mother has not come for it.
July 11: Morrow Coun-
ty Sheriff’s Office received
a report on NW Second St,
Irrigon that there are two
horses that wandered into
her yard. Owner was locat-
ed and horses returned.

port on NW Washington
Ave, Irrigon that caller is
requesting contact with a
deputy about a suspicious
plant that looks like a mari-
juana plant in her back yard.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Oregon Trail RV
Park on NW Washington
Ave, Irrigon that caller
picked up a loose dog and
requesting MCSO respond
and pick up the dog. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman,
that there is road debris in
the fast lane. Referred to
other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Tumbleweed
Blvd, Irrigon that the Ir-
rigon Senior Center has
smoke and flames.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a gray Pontiac G^
sped down towards Tenth
at a very high rate of speed.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Tow Old Hags Pizza
Shop on NE Court St, Hep-
pner that caller is requesting
deputy to be in the area for
the recall meeting tonight at
1800 hrs. They have been
receiving aggressive mes-
sages and are concerned
the meeting may get out
of hand.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman,
that a pickup pulling a trail-
er is slamming on brakes
and swerving around to
prevent people from pass-
ing him. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port at US Forest Service
on S Main St, Heppner
that caller advised he has a
worker that has been men-
tioning suicidal statements
to the crew. Under investi-
gation.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 730, Irrigon
that eastbound on Hwy 730
a gray 4D sedan is vary-
ing speeds and swerving
all over the road. Arenas
Gonzalez, Sabas was given
verbal warning for fail to
maintain lane.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Port of Morrow
Laydown Yard on Internet
Parkway, Boardman that
there is a black SUV on
site, and no one should be
there at this time. Unable
to locate.
July 12: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report at Love’s
Travel Stop and Country
Store on Tower Rd, Board-
man, that a female is parked
in the handicap parking lot.
Female moved her vehicle.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman,
that either a heavily dis-
tracted or DUII driver is
having inconsistent speeds,
swerving all over the road-
way. Cervantes, Jesus was
cited for no ops and a writ-
ten warning for operat-
ing w/o required headlight
lighting.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Eighth Rd, Irri-
gon that the neighbor’s bull
is loose. Advised the bull
ate his hay and damaged
his fence.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Desert Lawn Me-
morial Cemetery, E Oregon
Ln, Irrigon, that suspicious
property was found.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Eighth Rd, Irri-
gon that caller has concerns
for animal neglect for two
white horses, extremely
skinny and underfed.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Marina on
NE Seventh St., Irrigon,
that there is a gray tandem
axle boat trailer for a 26
foot boat sitting in the boat
trailer parking area since
last Friday. Caller spoke
to the boat owner, and he
stated his boat ran out of
gas but didn’t say when the
trailer would be picked up.

Park on NE Washington
Ave, Irrigon of a black
and white Pitbull running
around in the area.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 730, Irrigon
that a silver vehicle was
headed west, speeding and
passing on the shoulder.
