on fire.

falfa St, Heppner that there
is a gray Ford pickup with
a camper in the bed parked
behind the concession stand
at the Little League field.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Clarks Canyon Rd,
Lexington that callers dog
bit his neighbor. Wants to
discuss options for the dog.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Linden Way, Hep-
pner that caller wants to
make a complaint about
telephonic harassment. She
advised she has tried to
block his number, but he
keeps getting through and
continuously calls despite
having told him to stop
calling.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Utah Ave/SE
Division St, Irrigon that a
Jeep Cherokee came off
the corner off Brandon that
did not stop at the stop sign
and going at a high rate of
speed, Reoccurring issue.

gon that a maroon Chevy
sped toward Tenth. Unable
to locate.

and was inquiring how to

get to the hospital. Caller
was advised of the process.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Mill Zone on Hwy
74, Heppner of a white sin-
gle cab pickup that passed
around 90 mph heading into
the mill zone. Caller states
this has happened twice
this week. Williams, David
Alex was issued warning
for no front plate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
of a vehicle pulled over, ap-
peared to be broken down.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Love’s Travel Stop
on Tower Rd, Boardman
that there is a male both-
ering customers. Caller
states he has been there for
a couple days and refuses to
leave. Male was trespassed
from Love’s
-MCSO received a re-
port at NE Thirteenth St/NE
Main Ave, Irrigon that two
dogs were running around
towards Idaho. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that there is a male walking
along the side of the road,
getting into the road. Un-
able to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Utah Ave/SE
Division St, Irrigon that
there are two younger chil-
dren sitting on the side of
the road, advised they are
looking for their mom and
cannot find her. One is male
and one is female. MCSO
responded; juveniles were
brought home.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Rustic Truck Bar and
Grill on Hwy 730, Irrigon
of a domestic argument
going on at a semi by the
bus stop.
July 8: Morrow Coun-
ty Sheriff’s Office received
a report on W Sperry St,
Heppner that dogs are bark-
ing all night, possibly off
Morgan, Riverside or over
by the highway. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Steagall Rd, Irri-
gon, that there is a male
and female on her property
and she would like them
removed.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Morter Ln/Rhea
Creek Rd, Ione that there is
a Jeep Liberty in the road,
looks like an accident, front
wheels are ripped off. No
one is on the scene.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon, that a white Dodge
Caravan went past his
house at a high rate of speed
towards Tenth.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Morrow County
OHV Park day use on For-
est Service 21 Road of a lost
dog, attempting to locate
owner.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Arlington
that a silver sedan is tail-
gating and driving 90-100
mph. Five minute delay.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Linden Way, Hep-
pner that neighbor’s dog
got out of its enclosure and
attacked the caller’s dog.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Downey Rd/Wayne
Ln, Boardman that red or
burgundy 4-wheelers with
children around the age of
8-10 with no helmets, no
parents around. MCSO re-
sponded, parents have been
notified and informed with
the rules of the road.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Paterson Ferry Rd/I
84, Irrigon of a vehicle
by the RR tracks. MCSO
responded, driver taking
a nap.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a big male on a mo-
torcycle came off of Eighth
and ran the stop sign.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Lexington on W
Main St that aerial fire-
works are being set off
somewhere in Lexington.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Bombing Range Rd,
Boardman that a Pitbull/lab
mix seems to be injured, not
walking on its foot. Dog
transported to pet rescue.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Chase St, Hep-
pner that caller got home,
and brother tried to lock
him in his room, broke the
hinge off his door. Deputy
responded. Caller’s chief
complaint was he couldn’t
leave his room and he is
able to now.
July 9: Morrow Coun-
ty Sheriff’s Office received
a report on Depot Ln/Wag-
on Wheel Loop, Irrigon that
there is a farmer spraying
water on the roadway and
it is a daily occurrence. It
could cause a traffic hazard.
Deputy responded and lo-
cated the sprinkler and will
notify the property owner.
-MCSO received a
report Pioneer Memorial
Hospital on NE Pioneer
Dr, Heppner that there is
a black Honda that’s been
parked across from the
clinic for several weeks. It
does not belong to any em-
ployees. MCSO responded,
owner contacted and will
have the vehicle removed.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Tenth St/SE Utah
Ave, Irrigon that a white
VW bug went driving down
the temporary road on Tenth
St where it is supposed to be
blocked off. Barriers were
moved by the city.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Penland Lake camp-
ground on Penland Ln/Lake
Dr of a total of five gun
shots, sounds like a .22.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Utah Ave/SE
Tenth St, Irrigon, that a
white Ford pickup drove
through the closed road that
the city manager does not
want anyone but the work-
ers going through. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Lopez, Ramiro
Antonio was arrested by
Nyssa PD and lodged at
Malheur County Jail.
-MCSO received a
report that Warnock was
arrested by HPD on IJC
warrant.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Washington Ln, Irri-
gon that at the pump station
by the river there is a bunch
of “drug addicts” down
there. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Bombing range Rd,
Lexington that as you turn
to go to Ella Rd, vehicle
rollover on its wheels. No
one in the vehicle.
