June 19: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report at SE Court
St, Heppner of a running
vehicle with no occupants.
Contacted owner who for-
got to turn car off.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that there is a man walking
in the middle of the high-
way near a disabled vehicle
with no flashers on. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on S Main St, Heppner,
there is a sick cat that has
been in the middle of the
road for at least an hour and
a half. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that there is a light green
Toyota Camry that is all
over the road. It passed
a camper and almost hit
it and is over the rumble
strip over to the shoulder.
Caller called back to say
the vehicle had pulled into
the rest area.
-MCSO received a re-
port of an abandoned ve-
hicle at Paterson Ferry Rd/
Hwy 730, Irrigon. Under
investigation.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a motorcycle crash
at Morrow County OHV
Park, Forest Service Rd 21,
Heppner.
-MCSO received a
report on NE Chase St,
Heppner, that a vehicle is
parked on the sidewalk in
front of residence.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Garrison Ln, Board-
man, caller advised of loud
music from a party. Caller
does not need contact but
would like for them to turn
it down. MCSO responded;
music was turned down.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that someone is setting
off mortars or fireworks in
the area. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman,
that a Chrysler is failing to
maintain and driving at a
low speed. BPD located the
vehicle and was unable to
detect any traffic violations
or signs of impairment.

port on I 84 W, Boardman,
that caller saw a younger
child riding in the back of a
red pickup truck. Referred
to other agency, not in our
county.
June 20: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on SE
Idaho Ave, Irrigon, that
caller pulled up and found
a two-year-old boy in his
yard unaccompanied by any
adults. He is not familiar
with him and not sure what
residence he came from.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Nicolas Landeros
Garza turned himself into
BPD on MCCC warrant.
Lodged at UCJ, no bail.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Paterson Ferry Rd,
Irrigon that their US Cel-
lular site was broken into
and someone took copper
wiring.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
of a driving complaint from
the 197 on I 84 W. Silver
Mitsubishi traveling at 90+
mph and making aggressive
passes off the shoulder and
in between vehicles.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon, that a beat up red Volk-
swagen Jetta 4D is going at
a high rate of speed from
Tenth to Division. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Columbia Forest
Products on Pole Line Rd,
Boardman, that caller is
working on the UEC lines,
and he was broken into
last night. Believes he ran
into the individuals today.
He states they were in a
dark blue or black Toyota
pickup, two females, one
blonde, one brunette. Left
about 20 minutes ago and
went towards Frontage.
Caller advised their shoe-
prints match the ones inside
his fence from last night.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon, that a black car sped
towards Tenth St, possibly
BMW.
-MCSO received a re-
port at W Hwy 730/SW
Second St, Irrigon that a
black Camaro is going west
at a high rate of speed. Re-
ferred to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 730, Irrigon
that a male is laying on the
side of Hwy 730, unknown
injuries. MCSO responded;
male was given a courtesy
ride to neighboring county.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Court St, Hep-
pner, that subject came
over and addressed her son
over a bicycle. The father
threatened caller’s son and
stated that if they saw her
son out and about they
would shoot him. MCSO
made contact. Parties were
trespassed from each oth-
er’s properties.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Second St, Heppner,
that caller went outside and
there are tow deer legs.
States they weren’t there
this morning and believes
someone came onto their
property and dumped them.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Bella Vista Estates
on Paul Smith Rd, board-

man, that caller’s dad called
her, stated a male came to
their door, stated he was
with the school and barged
in. Father has since discon-
nected. BPD and MCSL
responded; male did not
unlawfully enter, was there
earlier and said he would be
back later.

that a red Chevy car is
disabled with its hazards
on. Individual outside is
frantically waving for help.

port on Coyoted Ln, Hep-
pner, Blakes Ranch, that
a female is in the camper,
dog is outside tied up on
a leash and there is a mom
and baby bears up on a tree.
She is frightened, she does
have a weapon, unknown
what type. Caller does not
think she knows how to use
it. MCSO made contact,
female got her dog back
inside and will be remain-
ing in the camper tonight.
Will advise in the morning
if they are still out there.
