being shot at.
-MCSO received report
from a subject at Wilson
Trailer Park in Boardman
who said her 20-year son
took her car, a gold Suzuki,
without her permission the
previous day. She advised
that he came home, but
parked the car at a different
location. She reported that
her husband attempted to
find it, but when he located
in, the son got back into
the vehicle and took off.
Boardman Police arrested
Ricardo Munoz Rosales
for unlawful use of a motor
vehicle. He was lodged at
Umatilla County Jail with
$10,000 bail.
-MCSO received report
of a silver Lexus going over
100 miles per hour on I-84,
Boardman. MCSO was
unable to locate the vehicle.
-MCSO received report
of a suspicious dark-col-
ored van with three males
inside parked in front of the
caller’s house on Columbia
Lane in Irrigon. The caller
requested extra patrols in
the evening.
-MCSO received report
of suspicious activity on
N.W. Gale St. in Heppner.
The caller advised hearing a
car alarm going off and see-
ing someone going through
a vehicle on Church St.
MCSO responded, but was
unable to locate anyone
or any vehicles that were
tampered with.
-MCSO received re-
quest for extra patrol on
Eastregaard Rd. in Board-
man concerning suspicious
people walking around her
property at night.
June 12: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on NW
Washington Ave, Irrigon
that there is a raccoon in his
yard that is in bad shape and
needs dispatched.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SW Fourth St, Ir-
rigon, that caller advised
his mailbox was hit and
knocked over by a vehi-
cle. A neighbor saw it and
advised the vehicle was a
black Lexus and was going
south when it did it, turned
around and came back and
looked at it, then turned
around again and went
south. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Arlington,
of several big horn sheep
clear down by the roadway,
closest one is close to the
fog line. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Love’s Travel Stop
and Country Store on Tow-
er Rd, Boardman, that an
employee at Love’s advised
of a hit/run on a customer
vehicle. Suspect vehicle is
a blue Mustang that went
south on Tower.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Heppner,
that a red Suburban vehicle
drove into a ditch and ap-
pears to be stuck. Non-in-
jury. Patient refusal.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Oregon Ave, Ir-
rigon that caller advised her
neighbors are playing loud
music. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Fourth St, Irri-
gon that caller advised there
is loud music. He would
like a unit to have them turn
it down. Unable to locate.
June 14: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on Big
Butter Creek Rd, Echo,
that caller advised he is out
of town and his neighbor
texted him saying someone
was at the property and no-
body besides the neighbors
should be there.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 730, Boardman
that there are loose rocks
in the roadway. Referred to
other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port at US Post Office on
N Main St, Heppner that
subject is driving and isn’t
supposed to be because
she is suspended. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a white full size
van was going at a high rate
of speed down Utah toward
Tenth. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a maroon/reddish
Ford pickup went at a high
rate of speed past caller’s
house toward Tenth. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Columbia Lane,
Irrigon that caller advised
there is a suspicious dark
colored van in front of her
house and it’s not the first
time. There are three males
inside. Would like extra
patrols in the evening.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that subject is on the side
of the highway and called
her father and told him she
was scared. Female advised
she was raped and left on
the side of the road and is
walking toward Boardman.
Female was located and did
not want to report or be a
rape victim. She was given
a ride to Love’s.
June 15: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report at Wind-
wave, Rupe Kennedy Rd,
Boardman that a gate that
is usually locked is open.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Depot Ln/W Eighth
Rd, Irrigon that three baby
calves are out on Depot
again.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon, that a silver Hon-
da with three white male
occupants go to residence
and spun their tires down
Utah and ran the stop sign at
Seventh. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Seventh St/SE
Utah Ave, Irrigon, that a
two door Honda Civic is
spinning its tires, last seen
headed towards Division,
making neighbors mad.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Love’s Travel Stop,
Tower Rd, Boardman, of a
fender bender in the parking
area, tow vehicle, non-in-
jury.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a disturbance at
Head to Toes Salon on E
May St, Heppner.
-MCSO received a
report at SE Matlock St,
Heppner that caller advised
someone broke her window
a couple of nights ago.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a moving truck has
flames coming out of it.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Matlock St,
Heppner that a male has
been riding around stealing
items, is in her yard and just
got out of the landlord’s
van.
June 16: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report on Hwy 730,
Irrigon, that a gray Toyota
pickup is swerving all over
the road, no back bumper.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 207 Echo,
Echo, that a deer was hit
and is still alive. It is off
the shoulder, bleeding and
needs to be dispatched.

gation.

port on I 84 W, Board-
man that an 18-wheeler is
driving recklessly, going
75 mph, unable to main-
tain lane. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Ramirez, Rogelio
Matias was arrested by
Hermiston PD on MCCC
warrant.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Morrow County
OHV Park day use area on
Forest Service 21 Rd, Hep-
pner of a dirt bike accident.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Riverview Mobile
Court on E Hwy 730, Ir-
rigon from a subject ad-
vising people are fighting.
Multiple subjects trying
to control female that is in
crisis. Deputies responded.
Female will be going to
Sunnyside until her mental
health appointment next
week.
-MCSO received
a report that Strickland,
Reshenda Patrease was
arrested by Clackamas
County Sheriff’s Office on
IJC warrant. Subject was
lodged at Clackamas Co.
Jail with bail of $235.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a gold Honda sedan,
WA plates, is all over the
road. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Church St,
Heppner, that caller would
like contact in regard to a
window that was just bro-
ken at her residence.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Seventh St, Ir-
rigon, that there is a blue
Toyota Camry parked in
caller’s driveway, never
seen it before. MCSO made
contact; individuals were
warned for trespassing.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman,
that caller advised has has
been following a truck and
trailer with no rear lights,
including brake lights. Lisa
Marie Luckey was issued
warning for no taillights.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that on the gravel road run-
ning parallel to the railroad
tracks heading westbound
there is a vehicle parked
there that does not belong
to the railroad. Theodore
Jay Leonard was cited and
released on Wallowa Coun-
ty warrant.
June 18: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report that Abel
Roel Rodriguez III was
arrested by OSP on MCCC
warrant. Subject was lodged
at NORCOR with no bail.
-MCSO received a
report at Boardman Rest
Area westbound on I 84,
Boardman, that there is
a suspicious male on a
bicycle looking through
trash, tried ramming semi
truck with his bike and then
called out the driver of the
truck. MCSO responded;
no charges being pressed
at this time.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon, that two young kids
on a dark four-wheeler
are in the area. They did
have helmets on but are not
supposed to be on the city
street. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Wilson Ln/Peters
Rd, Boardman that there is
a calf out on Wilson.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman,
caller advised of a Fed Ex
truck swerving between
lanes. Cars are trying to
go by. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Gravel Pit Ln, Ir-
rigon that there is a large
party at the residence across
the street and one of the
guests parked their vehicle
in front of his house. Caller
would like deputy to make
contact so he can ask what
to do. States he doesn’t
want to cause problems
with his neighbors. MCSO
responded and spoke to
individuals. They will be
removing the vehicle and
turning the music down.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Eighth Rd, Irri-
gon that near his residence,
possibly on Gravel Pit,
there is a loud party going
on all day. States it is too
loud and requests them turn
it down.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Gravel Pit Ln/W
Eighth Rd, Irrigon that
caller advised there is a
large party at Gravel Pit Rd
playing loud music. MCSO
responded. Homeowner
will turn down music, party
ending soon.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Port View Apart-
ments on Columbia Ave
NE, Boardman that caller
advised her dad is acting
crazy – yelling and scream-
ing and trying to grab items
out of his hands. BPD re-
sponded.
-MCSO received a
report at Willow Creek
Country Club on Hwy 74,
Heppner that there is a
deceased cat in the road.
MCSO responded, attempt-
ed contact with an owner
but it appears to be a stray.
