April 25: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report at Wilson
Rd Trailer Park on Wilson
Rd SW, Boardman, of a
black or dark green four
door suspicious car with
two guys in it and the car
alarm keeps going off.
-MCSO received a re-
port of EMS on NW Bal-
timore St, Heppner of a
60-year-old male who is
having a possible schizo-
phrenic episode.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Taylor Rd, Board-
man, that a white shepherd
and a Rottweiler are run-
ning loose in his neighbor-
hood. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on N First St, Irrigon,
that a vehicle was tak-
en while it was warming
up. 2022 Toyota Corolla,
headed towards the river.
-MCSO received a
report at Columbia Ln/W
Eighth Rd, Irrigon that
there is a dead calf on the
side of the road. Referred
to other agency.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon, that a grey Ford
Taurus sped on Utah going
down towards Tenth.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Pioneer Memorial
Hospital on NE Pioneer
Dr, Heppner that they have
a patient in the ER on hold
and they are concerned be-
cause patient is aggressive
and may act out.
-MCSO received a
report on Hwy 207 Echo,
Lexington, that a new-
er silver Hyundai Sonata
with no plates is driving at
a high rate of speed, pass-
ing vehicles on curves.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon, that there are some
males on Seventh St taking
a motor out of a vehicle
while on the street.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Tyler Rd, Board-
man, that his sheep is
bleeding from the head and
believes the neighbor’s
dog might have attacked
it. Torres, Miguel was cit-
ed for dog as a public nui-
sance.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Barratt Blvd,
Heppner that there are two
calves in her yard with red
ear tags.
-MCSO received a report
on W Oregon Ln, Irrigon
that a 59-year-old female
fell in garage and twisted
ankle. Patient transported
to GSH.
-MCSO received a
report on NE Quaid St,
Heppner, of a 71-year-old
female is requesting EMS.
Unknown injuries.
April 27: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a request for extra
patrol in the Wagon Wheel
Loop, Irrigon area with a
suspicious male potential-
ly scoping out residences.
-MCSO received report of
a white Dodge crew cab
pickup with a Washington
plate speeding and passing
in a no passing lane. A dep-
uty was unable to locate
the vehicle.
-MCSO received request
for extra patrol on Tower
Road in Boardman con-
cerning vehicles speeding
up and down Tower Rd.
and reports of several close
calls with vehicles almost
hitting employees at Carty
Generating Station.
-MCSO received report
of suspicious activity on
Short Rd./Columbia Lane
in Irrigon with a female
with a blanket over herself.
She said she just had the
newspaper and left a busi-
ness card for the owner of
the mailbox.
-MCSO received report
that Portland Police De-
partment arrested Nathan
Roger Dotson on a Mor-
row County Circuit Court
warrant for Parole Viola-
tion/Assault IV and two
counts of Harassment. He
was lodged at Multnomah
County Jail.
-MCSO received report of
a drug deal observed by an
employee of Dollar Gener-
al in Heppner.
-MCSO received report
of a subject on Linden
Way alley who said that
her heating unit had been
smashed and broken off
the concrete pad and a tire
mark was left on the side
of the house.
-MCSO reported that
Nicolas Garza Lander-
os was arrested at Rustic
Truck Bar & Grill on Hwy.
730 in Irrigon.by MCSO
on an Irrigon Justice Court
warrant for Failure to Ap-
pear/Criminal Trespass II.
He was lodged at Umatil-
la County Jail with $3,000
bail.
-MCSO received request
for a welfare check from
a Heppner subject who
wanted to check on her
grandson whom she hasn’t
been able to get in contact
with.
-MCSO received report
from a subject on Dee Cox
Rd. in Heppner that they
were blowing their rock
pit.
-MCSO received request
for extra patrol at the Carty
Generating Station on
Tower Rd. in Boardman
concerning issues with
contract vehicles speeding
up and down Tower Rd. in
the morning and afternoon,
almost hitting employees.
-MCSO received request
to serve a stalking order to
a subject at the Sage Brush
Apartments in Boardman.
-MCSO received report
of an ATV in the roadway

on Wheel Loop in Irrigon
concerning suspicious ac-
tivity in the evenings and
throughout the night.
-MCSO received request
for extra patrol for the next
three weeks at Butter Creek
Rd./Little Butter Creek Rd.
in Echo concerning county
road signs being knocked
over in the Pine City area.
-MCSO received report of
a sergeant out with a bro-
ken stop sign.
-MCSO received report of
a 22-year-old not breathing
on Fourth Rd. in Irrigon.
-MCSO received report
from a subject on S.E.
Utah Ave. in Irrigon that he
had seen a black SUV go-
ing back and forth towards
Division.
-MCSO received request
for extra patrol for a sus-
picious vehicle driven by
a male potentially scoping
out residences.
-MCSO received report of
a person trespassing and
messing with equipment
at the Port of Morrow Lay-
down Yard on the Internet
Parkway. Robert D. Clark
was arrested by MCSO on
a warrant for Burglary II
and Criminal Trespass II.
He was lodged at Umatilla
County Jail with no bail.
-MCSO received report
of suspicious activity on
Spring Street in Ione. A
male in a faded bluish/sil-
ver four-door Crown Vic
had tried to break into one
of the trailers at the Ione
RV Park two days ago and
was back.
April 28: MCSO re-
ceived request for extra
patrol concerning a sus-
picious male potentially
scoping out residences.
-MCSO received a re-
quest for extra patrol at the
Carty Generating Station
on Tower Rd. in Boardman
concerning contract vehi-
cles speeding up and down
and almost hitting employ-
ees.
-MCSO received re-
port of five or six cows,
some red and some black
on Highway 74, Ione. A
deputy contacted the own-
er who said they would
take care of it.
-MCSO received re-
port of a silver Honda Pilot
on Hwy. 730 that was pull-
ing into A.C. Houghton
Elementary. The complaint
said the vehicle was not
passing safely and driving
in both lanes. The report
said he had video. A depu-
ty contracted the driver and
warned for unsafe passing
and careless driving.
-MCSO received re-
port of a shite Honda Ac-
cord stolen on Steagall Rd.
in Irrigon. The owner said
he had been gone a couple
days and noticed it gone
when he got back.
-MCSO received re-
port of a white pit bull on
I-84 in Boardman. Officer
was unable to locate the
dog.
-MCSO received re-
port of theft of services on
Northeast Aiken Street in
Heppner. The subject re-
ported an extension cord
running from her shop
to an address across the
street.
-MCSO served Nich-
olas Landeros a deten-
tion warrant while he was
lodged at Umatilla County
Jail for a parole violation
with no bail.
-MCSO received re-
quest for phone contact
concerning a vehicle the
caller had sold a year ago.
The caller said that the
person he sold it to never
updated the paperwork and
he was getting mail about
it. He wanted to make sure
he had all the legal issues
taken care of. The deputy
referred him to the proper
contact.
-MCSO received re-
ports of two scam calls
a Lexington woman re-
ceived about her checking
account. No money was
exchanged and the subject
had called the bank. A dep-
uty made contact.
-MCSO received re-
port of a semi swerving all
over on I-84. The call was
referred to another agency.
-MCSO received re-
quest for a welfare check
on a male on Hager St. in
Heppner that has not paid
his water bill and was con-
tinuing to life at the ad-
dress.
-MCSO received re-
quest from a Heppner
subject to speak to a dep-
uty concerning property is-
sues, including cameras on
her neighbors.
-MCSO received re-
quest for extra patrol con-
cerning complaints of
suspicious activity in the
evenings and throughout
the night.
-MCSO received re-
quest for extra patrol on
Main St. in Ione.
-MCSO received re-
quest for extra patrol on
Butter Creek/Little But-
ter Creek concerning road
signs being knocked over
in the area of Pine City.
-MCSO
responded
to an agency assist at the
Morrow County Govern-
ment Center on Main Ave.
in Irrigon. A male wear-
ing a white hoodie and
blue flannel was seen rac-
ing away from a downed
power line, and a report of
shots fired in Umatilla.
-MCSO received re-
quest for extra patrol on
Main St. in Ione.
-MCSO received re-
port of a black sedan
speeding on I-84 Board-
man. MCSO was unable to
locate the vehicle.
-MCSO received re-
port of a residence broken
into on Kincaid Lane in
Ione. The incident is under
investigation.
-MCSO received re-
quest for extra patrol on
Wagon Wheel Loop in Ir-
rigon concerning a suspi-
cious male possibly scop-
ing out residences.
-MCSO received re-
port of a grass fire on the
side of the road on Wilson
Lane and Peters Rd. in
Boardman.
