-MCSO received a
report on Se Utah Ave,
in Irrigon. Caller advised
that the road between Utah
and California is currently
blocked off and the city
doesn’t want people driving
on it. Caller stated that the
road is open right now for
the trucks to go through,
but people are still driving
on it. He said there was just
a black ford with a car on
the back that went through.
MCSO checked the area, no
signs posted that the road
is closed
-MCSO received a re-
port on I84 E, in Boardman.
Almost into morrow coun-
ty. White sedan, speeding
and swerving. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Se Utah Ave, in Irri-
gon. Caller advised a black
ford ranger sped towards
tenth going approx. 35mph.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on S First St, in Irrigon.
Caller advised there is an
Individual looking around
his vehicle, last seen going
towards rustic truck. Male
was wearing jeans, dark
hoodie, and its hood was
up. Unable to locate.
April 1: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on Mead-
ow Loop, Boardman, that
a suspicious white pickup
has been parked in front
of caller’s house all night.
MCSO responded; vehicle
not suspicious.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Columbia Ln, Irri-
gon that Tortalani, Gena
was contacted and tres-
passed from the location.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Park Pl, Irrigon
that there is very loud mu-
sic coming from inside a
house. He can hear it from
inside his residence and is
requesting we ask them to
turn it down.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a white sedan with WA
plates and a gray SUV with
WA plates are speeding
upwards of 90mph and
passing on the right.
-MCSO received a re-
port at NE Second St/NE
Oregon Ave, Irrigon that a
semi is parked on the west
side. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Park Pl, Irrigon
that caller’s neighbor is
playing loud music. Unable
to locate.
April 2: Morrow Coun-
ty Sheriff’s Office received
a report on I 84 W, Echo
that a semi is unable to
maintain lane, heading west
from 193. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Smiley’s Happy
Place on Boardman Ave
NW, Boardman that they
had a female there request-
ing a courtesy ride home
to Driftwood RV. Female
was unable to get a room,
she was given a courtesy
ride back to her sister’s
residence in Irrigon.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Fourth Rd, Ir-
rigon, that there is a male
wearing a gray hoodie
standing on her porch.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that his vehicle broke down
and is requesting assistance.
Referred to other agency.

port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a red Ford Explorer is
slowing down, speeding up
and failing to maintain lane.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Eighth St, Irri-
gon that a silver Toyota is
driving all over the road and
almost caused an accident.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Homestead Ln,
Boardman that someone cut
the lock off his gates and
stole some fuel.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Arlington,
that a white Toyota SUV
with CA plates is unable
to maintain lane and keeps
going on the shoulder and
crossing center line. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 730, Irrigon
that a bicyclist is laying
down on their back. Patient
refusal.
-MCSO received a
report on W Eighth Rd,
Irrigon that two dogs are
killing chickens and chas-
ing cows.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that caller advised they
passed a teenage girl walk-
ing on the side of the free-
way looking disoriented
and not dressed very warm.

-MCSO received a re-
port at Driftwood RV park
on W Kunze Ln, Boardman
that subject is in the men’s
bathroom beating on some-
thing. Caller stated he was
also bothering tenants in the
hot tub. Male was advised
to leave.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Baseline Ln/Hwy
207 Echo, Heppner that
there are cows right along
the roadway. MCSO made
contact with owners who
will be going out there.
-MCSO received a
report at Kunze Ln/Paul
Smith Rd, Boardman that
there is loud music coming
from the red barn near the
intersection. Caller advised
it’s been an ongoing issue
for months.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Oregon Ave,
Irrigon that there is loud
music coming from the area
of his residence, possibly
near Jewell.
April 3: Morrow Coun-
ty Sheriff’s Office received
a report at Willow Creek
Rd/Hwy 207, Heppner, of a
vehicle on fire with visible
flames.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Seventh St/E
Hwy 730, Irrigon of a black
suburban with luggage on
top and pulling a trailer
drove through the stop sign
on Seventh.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
of large irrigation pipe or
hose in both lanes of travel.
-MCSO received a re-
port at turkey shoots on SE
Utah Ave, Irrigon, that there
is a quad on turkey shoots
near the no trespassing sign.
-MCSO received a re-
port at W Eighth Rd/Us-
age Ln, Irrigon that a blue
Volkswagen Jetta is parked
off the side of the road, has
been there since last night.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Baseline Ln/Hwy
207 Echo, Heppner that a
smaller orange 2-door car
is driving on both sides of
the road, all over the place.
Almost hit a vehicle head
on and ran off the road a
couple of times. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that caller is advising they
just witnessed a smaller
black sedan leave Board-
man headed east with 5
children and a baby in their
lap. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Antonio-Lopez,
Ramiro was arrested by
OSP on IJC warrant.
April 4: Morrow Coun-
ty Sheriff’s Office received
a report on Washington
Ln, Irrigon that a tractor
is on fire with structures
threatened.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Columbia Ln/W
Eighth Rd, Irrigon that
garbage cans are all over
the road.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Columbia Ln that
a female by the name of
Gena is trespassing on the
property and going up to
the front door.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Thomas Ave/SE
Tenth St, Irrigon that there
are tree limbs down in the
roadway. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon, caller advised that a
silver Honda sped down the
street, believe 35-45 mph.
-MCSO received a re-
port on S Main St, Heppner
that caller advised of inci-
dents where someone has
knocked on the window and
more recently may have at-
tempted to enter the house.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Glen Haven Apart-
ments on NE Pioneer Dr,
Heppner that a German
shepherd outside her neigh-
bor’s residence appears
very aggressive, no collar
or tags.
