in Heppner. The Psychol-
ogist in this position will
identify, triage and manage
patients with mental and
behavioral health issues
within the primary care
clinic setting. This posi-
tion works closely with
medical providers and staff
to provide screening and
brief intervention services
as well as assessment,
referrals and short term
therapy for patients. Also
provides patient education
strategies and develops
specific behavioral change
plans for patients and be-
havioral health protocols
