The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information:
December 25: Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Of-
fice received a report at
Kunze Lane/Miller Rd. in
Boardman. The caller ad-
vised that there is a dog
barking at the east end
of Kunze Rd. and Miller.
She thinks there may be
something suspicious in
the area setting off the dog.
She said she set off her car
alarm to scare off anyone
in the area.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W. West St, in Lex-
ington. Reporter advised
her Blue Heeler ran off
last night. She has a rolled
leather collar and no tags.
Dog was very friendly and
microchipped
-MCSO received a
report at Se Utah Ave/Se
Brandon St, in Irrigon.
People in a white BMW
SUV were playing music
so loud the caller could
hear it over tv. Vehicle is
now currently parked at an
address off Brandon. Mu-
sic is off for now. MCSO
was unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Shell Sta-
tion on E Highway 730. A
male at the station was be-
ing hostile towards the ca-
shier and making a scene.
MCSO made contact. The
male was trespassed from
the station for 30 days.
-MCSO received a
report at Cutsforth Park
on Willow Creek Rd., in
Heppner. The caller stated
that he was stuck in snow
on Willow Creek Rd.,
between Coalmine Hill
campground and Cutsforth
campground. The vehi-
cle was a 2021 blue Ford
Edge. MCSO responded.
The male advised he was
safe and back in Heppner.
Units were cancelled.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, in Board-
man that a silver Toyota
Camry with WA plates was
driving down the center of
lanes of travel and was go-
ing under the speed limit.
MCSO was unable to lo-
cate the vehicle.
-MCSO received a
report on Kunze Ln, in
Boardman. RP advised
there are individuals tres-
passing on their property,
driving through on 4wheel-
ers. The caller ran them
off but requested contact.
MCSO made contact with
all parties. MCSO warned
the subjects for trespassing
.

-MCSO received a re-
port at St Patrick’s Senior
Center on N Main St. in
Heppner that the caller ad-
vised that he had lost the
keys to his apartment,
December 27: Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Of-
fice received a report on
S.E. Park Place in Irrigon
of a loud noise like some-
one revving a motorcycle
or a loud chainsaw. MCSO
responded and advised the
owner to use chainsaw an-
other day.
-MCSO received a
report at Bella Vista Es-
tates on Paul Smith Rd. in
Boardman that the caller
heard someone trying to
get into her residence and/
or possibly shots. BPD
checked the area, but was
unable to locate anything
or anyone suspicious in the
area.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, in
Irrigon that a vehicle kept
speeding past his house
around 3 a.m. without its
lights on. His neighbor
also heard the vehicle go
passed.
-MCSO received a
report that Justin Richard
Yocom was arrested on a
detainer by Morrow Coun-
ty Parole and Probation
for a probation violation
for failure to be truthful,
Violation of Special Con-
ditions on original charges
of Attempted Sexual Pene-
tration I. The subject was
lodged at Umatilla County
Jail with no bail.
-MCSO received a
report on Nichols Rd, in
Lexington. The caller ad-
vised that a Fed Ex driver
went off the road by his
property. He helped get
him back up on the road.
He reported that the vehi-
cle had tires that need to
be changed. The caller re-
ported that the tires were
completely bald and he
believed one was about
to blow out if the driver
puts many more miles on
it. The caller advised that
the subject was heading to
Hermiston. The caller said
he would like someone to
try and intercept the vehi-
cle due to the terrible tires.
The caller also advised that
the truck was so dirty you
couldn’t see the lights on
the vehicle from the back.
The call was referred to an-
other agency.
-MCSO received a
report on S Sperry St, in
Heppner. The caller ad-
vised that there were three
dogs the area, described as
a brown Lab that was last
seen heading towards Mor-
gan St., a furry black dog,
and a small terrier dog. It
was unknown if they had
collars but the dogs ap-
pear to be non-aggressive.
MCSO was unable to lo-
cate the dogs.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Amazon on High-
way 730/Lewis and Clark
Drive in Boardman of a
two-vehicle motor vehicle
accident involving a White
Saturn and a white van/
truck box.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Riverside Ave,
in Heppner of a black and
brown Shepherd dog with
an orange collar was going
to the fences of residenc-
es across from the softball
field on Riverside Avenue
and trying to fight with
dogs in their yards. One
resident reported that he
yelled at it to get away and
it went over to Pettyjohn’s.
No owner was with it and
the resident on Riverside
did not recognize the dog.
It was unknown if the dog
was aggressive towards
people. MCSO located the
dog and owner; they were
issued a warning for hav-
ing a dog as a public nui-
sance .
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, in
Irrigon that a car has come
by twice, going the same
direction towards Tenth.
The caller could hear them
rev the motor, thinking
they were trying to slide.
The caller also reported
pickups by Seventh, and
thought they doing cook-
ies. MCSO was unable to
locate anything.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Highway 730/Pat-
erson Ferry Rd, in Irrigon.
Around 200 yards west of
Paterson Ferry there was
a male with a small fire
going, on the shoulder.
MCSO made contact and
gave the male a courtesy
ride to Boardman.
December 28: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office
received a report on High-
way 74, in Lexington. RP
is advising of a driver, that
was going 20 under the
speed limit and when the
RP passed him he sped
up followed the RP then

County Sheriff’s Office
received a report that Put-
nam, Shawn Herald was
arrested at Jackson County
Jail on MCCC warrant for
PY/Interfere w/ making
a report and Harassment.
Lodged at Jackson County
Jail, with local warrant, no
bail.
-MCSO received a
report at Pole Line Rd/
Homestead Ln, in Board-
man. RP is advising that it
appears as though some-
one lost a bundle of wire,
will attempt to drag it off
the roadway.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, in Board-
man. RP is advising of
cows and horses out near
this location.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, in Board-
man. Received report of
a large black dog out on
the N side of W bound
shoulder. MCSO Deputy
advised that will be a mini
pony, and that ODOT is
out there with them.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Sw Third St, in Ir-
rigon. RP reports 3-4 dogs
killed his chickens and has
video of the dogs doing
this. Villegas, Dalia was
issued citation for Dog as a
public Nuisance X3.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Main St S/Wilson
Rd Sw, in Boardman. Ve-
hicle collision/non injury.
Mendoza Jr, Trinidad was
issued Citation for Care-
less Driving with an acci-
dent
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, in Board-
man. Blue and black hatch-
back, threw 2 large dogs
out of their vehicle and
then continued West bound
.. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Highway 74 Lena,
in Heppner. RP advised
there is a male walking on
the side of the highway, he
is walking away from town
toward pilot rock. Wearing
a brown or tan Carhartt
jacket and jeans. RP is
worried he is not dressed
for the weather and the
condition of the roads that
he will get hit. Deputy
made contact, individual
advised they were fine and
would continue his way to-
ward pilot rock .

entrapment in the median.

on I 84 W, in Boardman.

port at lone City Park Rv
on Highway 74., in Ione.
RP advised that someone
vandalized the mens bath-
room at the Ione park.
Happened sometime be-
tween 4pm yesterday and
this morning. Broke the
Paper towel dispenser,
took paper towels got them
wet and threw them up to
the ceiling and let drop
down back to the floor and
kicked and broke the di-
vider between the stalls in
the mens bathroom .
-MCSO received a re-
port on Columbia Ln, in
Irrigon. Pet Rescue called
because they had gotten a
report left on their voice-
mail in regards to an ani-
mal being neglected in Ir-
rigon. RP advised that the
message said a white hus-
ky that is behind the Dollar
General store and that the
food dish is molded and
has no new food in it. Dep-
uty responded and made
contact with dog owner.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Se Idaho Ave, in
Irrigon. Rp advised a male
subject is knocking on
doors saying they are do-
ing free roof inspections.
He is on foot, walking
down Idaho Ave towards
potato fields. Unable to lo-
cate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Willow Creek Wa-
ter Park on Nw Riverside
Ave., in Heppner. Rp ad-
vised of vehicles parked at
the pool and the silver 2d
pickup with a toolbox in
the back doing cookies
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, in Board-
man. RP is advising of
a person in a blue jacket
