The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office has released
the following information:
December 20: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report that Clar-
ence King was arrested by
the Umatilla Police De-
partment on P&P detention
warrant and lodged at Uma-
tilla County Jail.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Court St, in Hep-
pner. Caller advised there
are two brown and white pit
bulls loose. Caller is con-
cerned because she walks
to work and needs to leave
in about 30-40 min. She is
unsure which direction they
went or if they are friendly.
Melissa Kailyn Martin was
issued a citation for having
a dog at large.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Willow Creek Rd,
in Heppner. Female was
heading to Ukiah and got
stuck in the road. Female
hasn’t seen any vehicles
and she has been stuck for
hours.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Highway 207, in
Heppner. Red Brick apart-
ments that there were three
calves with yellow tags
on ears. They were Black
angus with very little white
on the belly. Owners were
located.
-MCSO received a re-
port at W Eighth Rd/Kan-
garoo Court Ln, in Irrigon.
A white Dodge Ram 1500
4X4 was left at location all
day. It has no plates and
there is no one with the
vehicle. Recovered stolen
vehicle.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Division St, in
Irrigon. Caller reports that
his vehicle was hit within
the last few hours.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Carty Generating
Station on Tower Rd., in
Boardman. A Fed Ex truck
rolled.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, in Board-
man. Caller advised driver
of a gold late 90’s model
Honda Accord sedan with
tinted windows appears
intoxicated on something,
swerving all over. Caller
said the driver swerves al-
most off the yellow line side
and almost hit caller. Caller
is now ahead of the vehicle.
Unknown WA plate
-MCSO received a
report on Kunze Ln, in
Boardman. Caller advised
her neighbors are gone to
Mexico and the vehicles
that were there aren’t, but
there is another vehicle
there now with lights on,
possibly white in color.
Deputy responded. Subject
was brother of the home-
owner and was there to feed
the cows.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Hamilton, Michael
Wayne was arrested by PPD
on IJC warrant for Failure
to Appear A/Theft II
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, in Board-
man. Semi-Truck, that is
broken down and stopped in
the right lane. No triangles
and barely visible to traffic.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at I 84 E, Boardman.
Deputy advising of a slide
off just east of 157 I 84 E.
Slide off occurred yesterday

County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on E High-
way 730, in Irrigon. Caller
is advising her neighbors
have been fighting for two
hours, and now can hear
things hitting her bedroom
wall.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Eighth Rd, in Ir-
rigon. Caller is advising of
a suspicious person, black
pants, black hoodie. Male
was walking on Eighth, has
walked past caller’s res at
least 4 times, in the span of
30 minutes.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, in Board-
man. Single vehicle MVA
unknown injury
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, in Board-
man. Disabled blue sedan,
looks like a Subaru but not
a Subaru, 4 doors, on the
shoulder, appeared to be
unoccupied. Referred to
other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, in Boardman.
Caller advised an army
green Land Rover come up
on them and passed caller
flashing their lights. Caller
advised it is foggy and the
vehicle is going to cause an
accident. Vehicle had out of
state plates, possibly from
Arizona.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, in Board-
man. Caller advised of a
vehicle all over the road,
lane to lane, shoulder to
shoulder. Vehicle is gold/
tan envoy, unable to get a
plate, but possibly WA. The
front windshield is smashed
in, roof smashed in, mirrors
flopping, no turn signals.

-MCSO received a re-
port on Anderson Rd, in
Boardman. Caller advised
that his sister called to tell
him that her BF pulled a
gun to her face.
-MCSO received a re-
port that caller advised that
subject keeps harassing him
by calling or sending him
letters. Caller would like
him to stop all contact.
December 23: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on I-84
E in Boardman. Caller is
advising of a vehicle that
is on its side.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Campos, Aaron
was arrested at UCJ for IJC
warrant for failure to pay
fines, bail set at $6,000.
-MCSO received a re-
port on S.E. Utah Ave, in
Irrigon. Reporter advised
of a silver Nissan Maxima
traveling at a high rate
of speed down S.E. Utah
towards 10 th , off Idaho.

-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Washington
Ave, in Irrigon. Hospice
patient fell requesting lift
assist. Patient refused trans-
port.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Maynard My-
ers Pourier was taken into
custody by MCSO for a
UCSO criminal driving
while revoked and criminal
driving while suspended or
revoked. Lodged at UCJ.
