-MCSO received a re-
port on Se Park Pl, in Ir-
rigon. Female overdosing
on Fentanyl, Narcan has
been activated by the RES-
IDENCE, NOT MCSO and
CPR started. Female began
breathing just before deputy
arrived on scene. Irrigon
Ambulance responded. Pa-
tient refusal.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Nw Jewell Dr, in
Irrigon. Caller advised that
his neighbor is playing
music really loud, he would
like him contacted to tum
it down a little bit. Caller
advised it is very loud.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, in Board-
man. Caller advised that
there are 2 vehicles on I84
that is possibly involved in
some road rage, keep going
on and off the road, varying
in speed. Caller advised that
the one is a black coupe
looking car, and the other is
a minivan unknown color.
BPD and MCSO responded
and was unable to locate.
OSP advised ..
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, in Board-
man. Vehicle spun out is in
the median. near the center
barriers small sedan. Patient
refusal.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Se Utah Ave/Se
Tenth St, in Irrigon. Older
brown ford ranger with
spots on the driver side
speeding on Utah headed
toward tenth. driver and 2
passengers **Sgt checked
from seventh to thirteenth
unable to locate.
-MCSO received a
report at Heppner Shell
Station on N Main St., in
Heppner. Caller believes
there is a suspicious item
in the garbage bag next to
the gas pumps. **someone
dumped their home trash
there, Caller did not want
to pursue charges.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Nw Oregon Ave, in
Irrigon. Caller is advising
to the W of her there is loud
music playing. **Unable
to locate any party or loud
noise.
June 27: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report at Port View
Apartments on Columbia
Ave Ne., in Boardman.
Caller is advising that her
Girlfriend and she came
home from work and has 2
children a 9 and 3 y/o. Her
Girlfriend just kicked out
her father because he was
verbally abusive towards
them and also would watch
porn with them in their
presence. Caller advised
that the male did attempt
to get physical with them.
-MCSO received a re-
port at N First St/Columbia
River, in Irrigon. Caller is
advising of a Gray Extend-
ed cab Dodge p/u past the
barrier at this location.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Eighth Rd, in
Irrigon. Female showed up
at his residence. Tank top,
50’s or 60 black shorts,
white female blonde hair.
Female is now walking
between his alfalfa fields.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Depot Ln, in Irri-
gon. Small dog with a white
collar, no tags. showed up at
her house and is not doing
well. unsure if it is from the
heat, or sick. Caller advised
to go towards the back
of the residence. Animal
picked up.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Heppner Market
Fresh on N Main St., in
Heppner. 14 yof C/B keeps
falling over
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, in Board-
man. Flat tire on horse
trailer, Caller is by herself
and needs assistance Black
pickup with a silver horse
trailer.
-MCSO received a
report on Miller Rd, in
Boardman. Caller advised
that someone is unhooking
the gate and going onto her
property and turn off her
night light.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Palmer, Joseph
William Jr was arrested by
UPD on MCCC warrant l
9CR17279 and was lodged
at UCJ No bail..
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Shell Station
on E Highway 730., in
Irrigon. Caller is advising
a female was loitering at
this location all day, and
just came in and stole some
items. Stole a salad.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Boardman Rest Area
Eastbound on Highway I
84., in Boardman. The rest
stop is closed there were
cones set up and an RV ran
over the cones and is at the
rest stop ..
-MCSO received a re-
port at S First St/Se Califor-
nia Ave, in Irrigon. Caller
advised someone in that
are using fireworks. He is
concerned as it is to dry.
Unable to locate.
June 28: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report at Love’s
Travel Stop and Country
Store on Tower Rd., in
Boardman. Caller advised
their dark grey backpack
was stolen from this loca-
tion that contained 2 work
laptops in it. Caller believes
it was stolen out of their
trailer at one of the pumps.
**MCSO made contact,
Under investigation.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Oasis Rv Park on W
Highway 730., in Irrigon.
Caller advised that earlier
today there was a female
that came into the laundry
room and was scoping it
out. Caller advised other
tenants are making them
uncomfortable and advised
her to leave. On camera it
appears to also try to get
into the office/supply office.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, in Board-
man. Rear ended by another
vehicle, but they left Caller
orange 2015 mustang was
hit by a red chevy or GMC
pickup 1500
-MCSO received a re-
port at Sandcastle Apart-
ments on Ne Sixth St., in Ir-
rigon. Caller advised some-
one threw a rock though
the back of the windshield
of his vehicle. Caller heard
something last night around
0250 but didn’t think any-
thing of it.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Baltimore Apart-
ments on Nw Baltimore St.,
in Heppner. Caller advised
that there are about 4 juve-
niles that harass him. He
advised that they followed
him all the way to his apart-
ment door today. he advised
he does not know their
names but know their faces.
3 males and 1 female.
June 30: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report at Kangaroo
Court Ln/W Eighth Rd, in
Irrigon. PT cruiser parked
behind trees looks hidden
in a field. He advised is
associated with the vehicle,
He has not seen anyone out
and advised there was no
one in the vehicle ..
-MCSO received a re-
port at Wilson Ln/Eastre-
gaard Rd, in Boardman.
Male with short hair walk-
ing out of Eastregaard es-
tates onto Wilson headed
toward boardman. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at I 84 W/Highway
730, in Boardman. Caller
is advising that a Green
Subaru is at this location, it
is a hazard to passing traffic.
Referred to other agency.
-MCSO received a
report at Sunflower Flat
Rd/Forest Service 21 Rd,
in Heppner. Lovlett Cor-
al Fire- 10 miles NW of
Monument on the Heppner
Ranger District.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Se Utah Ave/Se
Seventh St, Irrigon. MCSO
recieved reports of a person
laying in the field near this
location. **MCSO made
contact, will be moving
along.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Wilson Lo/Bomb-
ing Range Rd, Boardman.
MCSO deputy advised that
there is a mattress on the
side of the road at this lo-
cation. **Road dept was
advised, will be getting the
item removed.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Se Utah Ave., in
Irrigon. Caller advised there
is a female laying outside
her fence in the shade. Pos-
sibly wearing green shorts.

male was given a courtesy
ride.

Mischief II in relation to

in Heppner. Forest Service
LEO advising of tree block-
ing WB in at this location.
ODOT advised.

port on I 84 E, in Board-
man. OSP advised of a
White Freightliner Sleeper
Cab, with a box trailer that
was involved in a DV. Fe-
male was thrown out of the
vehicle at MP 88 and has
serious injuries. Driver is
a black male with shaved
head, and his mother is with
him in the truck. Truck has
a marine corps sticker under
the mirror and a flag under
the window. Stop and de-
tain and contact OSP if we
make contact. Time delay
