trative Assistant. Duties
include assisting the CFO
in the preparation of com-
plete and accurate financial
information records and to
assist the CEO in all mat-
ters, including confidential
personnel information and
collective bargaining. Em-
phasis will be in manage-
ment of all financial and
employee information for
the Assisted Living Facil-
ity, including general led-
ger, accounts receivable,
accounts payable, payroll,
personnel, and manage-
ment of accounts payable
for the Health District. Two
years accounts payable and
receivable, general ledger
bookkeeping, payroll and
general secretarial experi-
ence required, Accounting
degree preferred, with the
ability to work under strict
confidentiality and without
direct supervision. Strong
computer and software
skills with MS Word, Ex-
cel and Access, required.
Quickbooks
experience
preferred.

position provides super-
vision and oversight for
the department as well as
works side by side with
staff to provide food ser-
vice to patients, staff and
visitors. Must have H.S.
diploma or GED, Dietary
Certificate preferred. Two
years institutional food ser-
vice experience, education
in food service manage-
ment, knowledge of food
production,
therapeutic
diets, sanitation, supervi-
sory experience, and some
accounting
knowledge
preferred.
