RP advised that she has a broken leg/foot. RP was transported to GSH advising of foot pain. No visible injury to foot. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a blue Honda just went past his house at a high rate of speed. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Heppner Shell Sta- tion on N Main St, Heppner that his friend is on a bro- ken-down motorcycle on the western route. -MCSO received a re- port at Knight’s Inn/Village Restaurant on First St NW, Boardman that a male sub- ject in the area is scream- ing and is now laying on the road. The RP believes they are all intoxicated and possibly staying in a room at the Inn. September 22: Mor- row County Sheriff’s Office received a report that Aaron Campos was arrested by HPD and released to appear at IJC. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon Shell Station on E Hwy 730, Irrigon that there has been an RV parked in the parking area for a month. RP advised it was jacked up but blew off the jacks after the last wind- storm. Under investigation. -MCSO received a re- port that Carlos Antonio Ramirez was arrested by HPD on IJC warrant.
