Sheriff’s Report
The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information:
September 15: Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Office
received a report at Lewis
and Clark Dr/E Columbia
Ln, Boardman of a subject
stuck in the sand. Has help
on the way.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Montana Ln, Irrigon
that there is a steer on his
neighbor’s property. Owner
will be picking up the cow.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Depot Ln, Irrigon
that RP believes there is
someone inside her house.
Deputies responded and
cleared the house. No one
was located inside.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Washington Ln,
Irrigon that RP states that
subjects were threatening
her and that they are going
to move her trailer. She is
in her trailer at this time
and the subjects are outside.
RP states she is afraid to go
outside. Deputies respond-
ed. Parties are separated and
will stay away from each
other while they work out
their civil issues.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Flynn Apartments
on NW Gale St, Heppner
that a female fell down. Has
been drinking, no obvious
injuries, just can’t get up.
-MCSO received a
report at SE Kristen Dr,
Irrigon of a possible fight
between juveniles. Deputy
responded and located a
verbal domestic between
boyfriend and girlfriend.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Skate Park
on NE Main Ave, Irrigon
that juveniles are doing
damage at the skate park.
RP believes they are the
same juveniles who have
done damage in the past.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Les Schwab on N
Main St, Heppner of a loose
pit bull. Dog was returned
to owner and owner was
given a warning for dog as
public nuisance.
-MCSO received a
report at Mountain Glen
Apartments on NE Pioneer
Dr, Heppner that manager
came into the res without
permission. RP was not
at the res when manager
pushed past her juvenile
child and went in.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Doolittle Canyon
Ln, Heppner that RP would
like to report dogs barking
all day.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that RP advised he
and another subject were
walking their dogs down
Brandon/Eighth and a gray
Mazda was in the oncoming
lane coming around the
corner and almost hit them
going 25 mph.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Clarks Canyon Rd,
Lexington that RP’s dog
was run over during the
weekend and needs report
for insurance purposes.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Greenwood St/
SE Utah Ave, Irrigon of a
dog at large. Owner was
located.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Sinclair Station on
Main St N, Boardman that
his wife is missing. Last
seen outside Sinclair.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Kunze Ln/Parkside
Rd, Boardman that he hit a
brake rotor off of a semi that
was in the roadway and his
vehicle is no longer driv-
able. Under investigation.
-MCSO received a
report at Mountain Glen
Apartments on NE Pioneer
Dr, Heppner that the apart-
ment upstairs are being loud
and keeps getting louder,
talking loudly.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Emert Rd, Ione
that a vehicle hit his parked
vehicle, driver fled on foot.
Vehicle is still on scene.
Michael Jay Terkelson was
arrested by MCSO, lodged
at UCJ with bail of $7,500.

Boardman that a red angus
heifer is out. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Washington
Ave, Irrigon that someone
just got into her vehicle.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a silver Dodge van
went by his res at a high rate
of speed. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SW Second St, Irri-
gon that there is a cow out.
Deputy responded and the
cow was back in its pasture.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Gale St, Hep-
pner that someone came
onto his property and was
smoking. The subject is no
longer there.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Pleasant View Rd,
Irrigon that her livestock
was attacked, possibly by
a cougar. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port of suspicious activity
on Hwy 74, Ione.
-MCSO received a re-
port on E Rock St, Heppner
that RP would like a wel-
fare check on an elderly
female. Deputy contacted
the female, she was ok.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Morrow County Ag-
riculture museum on NW
Riverside Ave, Heppner of
vandalism. Someone turned
on the water and created a
hole, now the hose splitter
is broken.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a U-Haul pulling a
vehicle trolley lost a tire
and is throwing sparks
everywhere. Driver was
swerving back and forth,
unable to maintain lane.
They are pulled over at 165.
OSP was advised.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE California Ave/
SE Division St, Irrigon that
Daisy Coreen Bernal was
arrested on UCCC warrant.
Lodged at UCJ, no bail.
