tion truck dropped some
equipment in the roadway.
They are cleaning it up.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Eastregaard Rd/
Wilson Ln, Boardman of
a minor MVA off the road-
way. Driver was issued
citation for carless driving
with accident and verbal
warning for following too
closely.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Fourth Rd, Ir-
rigon of fireworks. MCSO
checked the area and gave
verbal warning to three sub-
jects for hunting on Corp of
Engineers property.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman of
two semis driving side-by-
side going under the speed
limit and holding up traffic.
Referred to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port at NE Gilmore St/
NE Pioneer Dr, Heppner
of a van and truck in the
middle of the roadway. Ad-
vised this is an ambulance
route and they should be
removing vehicles. MCSO
checked area; vehicles were
gone on arrival.
-MCSO received a
report at Mountain Glen
Apartments on NE Pioneer
Dr, Heppner of a domestic
in progress. Subject was
arrested, lodged at UCJ,
bail $30,000.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a semi side-swiped his
vehicle at the eastbound
rest area. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a pickup truck with an
old VW bus on the back is
swerving all over the road
and almost hit RP. MCSO
conducted traffic stop with
vehicle in question.
September 11: Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Office
received a report at N First
ST/NE Washington Ave,
Irrigon of a rope holding
sheets up. Believes it is pos-
sibly a makeshift camp. In
the day use are by the water.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Desarae Dawn
Fitzpatrick was arrested by
HPD on MCCC warrant.
Subject was lodged at UCJ
with no bail.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Third St, Irrigon
that there is a pit bull roam-
ing the area. RP advised he
is starting to get a little ag-
gressive. Individual issued
a warning.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Heppner
that a previous employee
is telephonically harassing
her employee. RP wants it
noted and logged.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Threemile Camp-
ground, Threemile Rd,
Boardman of garbage and
graffiti on the signs and
ramps. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Sinclair Station on
W Main St, Lexington of
a white Subaru where the
driver appears to be intoxi-
cated. RP advised they had
an open container between
their legs. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Boardman rest area
EB on I 84, Boardman that
there is an Arctic Wolf trail-
er blocking the exit back
to the freeway. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Shell Station
on E Hwy 730, Irrigon that
a male subject is harassing
him. He advised that the

tan Toyota with CA plates
parked next to the hand-
icapped spot and RP saw
the driver and passenger
both drinking whiskey out
of the bottle. MCSO re-
sponded and made contact.
Both males are highly in-
toxicated, but the female
is taking over. Individuals
were warned for DUII and
open container. The alco-
hol in their possession was
poured out.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Aleea A Strouse
was arrested by MCSO on
UC warrant. Subject was
lodged at UCJ with no bail.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a red Blazer was
going at a high rate of speed
from Tenth St going down
Utah. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at I 84 W, Boardman
of a big piece of metal in
the fast lane.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Ninth St, Irrigon
that neighbor is playing
loud music from their car
again. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Summit Ln, Board-
man of loud music in the
area.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Olson Rd, Board-
man that RP is advising her
son is causing a disturbance
trying to take their green
Dodge Ram. Deputy made
contact, all agreed on a
time the vehicle should be
dropped off at the res.

was arrested by Clark Co
WA on MCCC warrant.
Lodged at Clark Co Jail
with no bail.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Love’s Travel Stop
on Tower Rd, Boardman
that there is a white sedan
at the drive through, four
people in the vehicle in-
toxicated. Deputy located
the vehicle in Boardman,
driver ran and was unable
to locate him.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Oasis RV Park on
Hwy 730, Irrigon that the
people in the house behind
with a large garage are
revving their engines up all
morning and RP is being
harassed when asked them
to stop what they are doing.
RP advised he does not feel
safe. MCSO responded, all
parties were contacted.
-MCSO received a re-
port on S First St, Irrigon
that there is a male in the
Oasis RV that fired a gun at
him. MCSO responded and
talked to all parties.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Cannon St, Hep-
pner that a smaller white
dog is missing.
-MCSO received a re-
port at E Second St, Ione of
a dog at large. MCSO made
contact.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Summit Ln/Parkside
Rd, Boardman that there are
individuals driving around
the area on 4-wheelers.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE California Ave,
Irrigon that some items
were stolen out of his shop.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Linden Way, Hep-
pner that RP advised she
picked up a Shih tzu type
dog. Dog was taken to city
pound in Heppner.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Kunze Ln/Tower
Rd, Boardman that a semi
is stuck on the road and
blocking traffic. MCSO
responded and assisted with
traffic control until a tow
was able to get on scene.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Gale St, Hep-
pner that RP advised that
his ex called him and there
is a valid RO.
-MCSO received a
report on I 84 E, Board-
man that RP saw someone
passed out on the south
side of the road. MCSO
responded and individual
was given a courtesy ride
into Boardman.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Bombing Range Rd/
Frontage Ln, Boardman
that a vehicle ran over the
fence/gate. Vehicle ran off.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that there is a male walking
in the sage brush staggering
around. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that RP called in very
irate about vehicle parked.
RP advised something
about him and a driveway
and parking correctly. How-
ever, he disconnected on
dispatch before clarification
on the complaint.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 730/I 84 W,
Boardman that there was
a vehicle speeding on I 84.
Transferred to OSP. OSP
called and advised the ve-
hicle took the 168 exit and
is now heading towards
Irrigon.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that his neighbor was
parked in front of their own
driveway. Unfounded.
-MCSO received a re-
port on S H St, Lexington
that there is a male subject
that threw a green disc/fris-
bee on her property at her
dogs. He has been lurking
around the area and she is
not comfortable with him
doing so.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE California Ave/
SE Division St, Irrigon
that there is an intoxicated
subject driving a maroon/
red Toyota pickup.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that there is a vehicle with
4-way flashers on. Subjects
were there waiting for a tow
out of Kennewick that their
insurance called for them.
-MCSO received a re-
port on S Main St, Heppner
that his dog took off a little
while ago and they were
unable to locate him.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Short Rd/Columbia
Ln, Irrigon that fireworks
are going off. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Alex Bladimir
Jeronimo Mendoza was
arrested by Woodburn PD
on IJC warrant. Subject was
cited and released to appear.
