received a report on NW
Oregon Ave, Irrigon that
there is loud music west of
location. Deputy was in the
area. Music was off.
-MCSO received a re-
port at N First St/NE Wash-
ington Ave, Irrigon of an
old white Walmart bag off
the road. RP tried to pick
it up and it seemed to have
something mushy in it and
was leaking some sort of
fluid. Deputy responded,
located the item which con-
tained fecal matter.
-MCSO received a re-
port on E Second St, Ione
that there has been a dog
running around all week.
This morning it tried to get
into his yard and the neigh-
bor’s yard. RP would like a
deputy to attempt contact
with the owner.
-MCSO received a
report on W Eighth Rd,
Irrigon that at 0324 am
they heard their 4-wheeler
to behind their residence.
Advised whoever stole it
unhooked it from the trailer.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Kelly Prairie on
Western Route Rd/Kelly
Prairie Rd, Heppner that
they are camping at Kelly
Prairie and advised that
the campsite behind them
is having large bonfires at
night and last night there
were very strong winds.
RP would like individuals
at that campsite talked to.
MCSO advised the forest
service, and they will be
taking the call.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 207 Echo/Mar-
quardt Rd, Lexington of a
vehicle parked at Cutsforth
Corner. Indv was putting
up signs.
-MCSO received a re-
port at W Seventh Rd/Us-
age Ln, Irrigon that there
is a cow stuck in the fence
and a bull is trying to mate
with her.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SW Nevada Ln,
Irrigon that his dog was
attacked by his neighbor’s
dog and was injured. Dep-
uty made contact. Their dog
was out and on someone
else’s property and was
attacked.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Ione that
sometime last night her cow
was shot on her property.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a blue Honda flew
down towards Tenth St. RP
believes it was going 40-45
mph. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Driftwood RV Park
on W Kunze Ln, Boardman
that her mother is going
through alcohol withdraw-
als. Patient was transported
to GSH.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Our Lady of Guada-
lupe Church on Olson Rd,
Boardman that sometime
this morning someone stole
cans from the church’s
fundraiser. RP believes the
people that took them are
driving a red pickup.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Utah Ave/SE
Tenth St, Irrigon that the
blue car came back down
the road again and went
towards Tenth. MCSO re-
sponded. Contact was made
with both the RP and the
driver. Warnings were is-
sued.
-MCSO received a
report on Idaho Ln, Irri-
gon that his neighbor’s
dog keeps coming onto his
property and it tried to get
his daughter when she rode
her bike past the neighbor’s
house. He has asked his
neighbor to make sure the
dog is tied up, but it is not
happening. Contacted both
parties, issue is resolved.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 730/I 84 E,
Boardman that a gold Yu-
kon took the 168 exit from I
84 heading towards Irrigon.
Vehicle was unable to main-
tain lane and could visibly
see him drinking. Unable
to locate.
V on E Main St, Lex-
ington that a dog on E St is
constantly barking.
August 31: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report at Hwy 74,
Heppner of a ladder in the
middle of the road across
from the golf course. Sub-
ject pulled up and advised it
was theirs, they had not had
it strapped down correctly.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Sunflower Flat Rd/
Forest Service 21 Rd, Hep-
pner of the theft of wire
from rock crushing crew.
-MCSO received a re-
port at NW Water St/NW
Gale St, Heppner that an
older subject almost hit her.
Subject was in a red Toyota
and traveling at about twice
the speed limit.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a yellow panel van with
Iowa plates almost hit them.
Referred to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a green pickup with OR
plate is unable to maintain
lane. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Heppner
that pastures are bare and
have severely limited feed
for the cows, calves and
sheep.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 730, Irrigon
that someone broke into
her house. Window was
broken and back door was
unlocked. Under investi-
gation.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Shell Station
on E Hwy 730, Irrigon
that a female customer is
refusing to mask up, then
threw money at the clerk
and yelled profanity at her.
Female them put her hands
on two other customers.
Female was trespassed for
life from Irrigon Shell.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Charity Loop,
Irrigon that someone was
in the backyard of his moth-
er’s house smoking. They
are no longer there.
September 1: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report on Hwy 730,
Irrigon that a driver is all
over the road, has crossed
the yellow line twice. Dylan
Michael Botti was issued
citation.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Pablo Mendoza
Quirino was arrested by
Marion Co SO for FTA/
DUII. Cited and released to
appear at IJC.
-MCSO received a
report on W Eighth Rd,
Irrigon of 76 yo male, un-
responsive but breathing.
Transported to GSH.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Paterson Ferry Rd,
Irrigon that a pickup was
stolen. It was left there last
night and was not there this
morning.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Farmland Reserves,
Inc on Pole Line Rd, Board-
man that his employees lo-
cated a flat bed trailer with
a spool of wire on the back
in one of their fields.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Kelly Prairie on
Wester Route Rd/Kelly
Prairie Rd, Heppner that
there were subjects on elec-
tric bikes chasing elk on
Sunday morning, running
the elk all over. Referred to
other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a black Honda
CRV sped through towards
Tenth. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a dark blue
Chrysler van or SUV sped
through. RP advised the
vehicle was going 50 mph.

port at Irrigon Fish Hatch-
ery office on Riverview Ln,
Irrigon that a male is passed
out in the marking trailer by
the pond, breathing. Patient
transported to GSH.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a dark gray sedan
with black out windows is
driving up and down the
road with loud music play-
ing. Unable to locate. Under
investigation.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Dee Cox Rd, Hep-
pner that she had her license
plates stolen while the vehi-
cle was parked at PDX.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a blue Ford Focus
went at a high rate of speed.

-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a brown SUV came
from Tenth St and flew
down Utah at a high rate
of speed. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Idaho Ln/W Fourth
Rd, Irrigon that two sus-
picious males on bicycles
with flashlights went all the
way down Idaho towards
Fourth shining flashlights
at houses. Unable to locate.
September 2: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report at Tower
Rd/I 84, Boardman of a
female lying in the middle
of the road saying she was
assaulted. Transported to
GSH.
-MCSO received a re-
port at NE Fourth St/NE
Main Ave, Irrigon that he
and his crew are working
in the area and there is an
uncollared pit bull that is
acting aggressive. Deputy
responded. Dog owner was
located and warned for dog
as a public nuisance, dog
at large.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
of a semi that is all over the
road, driver may be texting.
Referred to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that when RP came
home one of the windows in
the front was open and the
screen was off and laying
on the ground, the light was
on in the master bedroom
and the front door was
unlocked.
-MCSO received a re-
port at N E St/W Main St,
Lexington of a disabled ve-
hicle. Subject is no longer
in the roadway.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a black with
gold trim Mazda pickup
was speeding down Utah.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Bank of Eastern Or-
egon on S First St, Irrigon
that a subject deposited two
fraudulent checks. Subject
is no longer there but they
believe she was aware of
the fraudulent nature.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a vehicle went over a
fence and off the freeway
but did not roll. Subject is
out of the vehicle.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a white Dodge
pickup sped through the
area for the second time.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that RP called back
again and advised that the
motorcycle with the illegal
exhaust is driving by again
and is harassing him. RP
advised that if MCSO wants
to argue with him about the
law of illegal exhaust, then
he will call dispatch every
single time the motorcycle
goes by. RP then discon-
nected. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Gilmore St/SE
August St, Heppner that a
PT Cruiser is parked in the
road, unoccupied. MCSO
made contact. Vehicle re-
moved.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
of a vehicle all over the road
that almost hit RP and an-
other vehicle. Vehicle sped
up to 80-85 mph. Referred
to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that the subject that
rides the motorcycle went
home and got into a gray
Ford pickup, drove past
RP’s and his neighbor’s
house and went right back
home. RP advised the sub-
ject is doing it to harass RP.
MCSO attempted phone
contact, was met with hos-
tile results from RP. Un-
founded.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Wilson Ln/Rippee
Rd, Boardman of a cow out.
-MCSO received a
report at Mountain Glen
Apartments on NE Pioneer
Dr, Heppner of yelling
and door slamming in the
apartment complex. MCSO
responded. Parties separat-
ed, verbal only.
September 3: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on I 84
W, Boardman that there
is a blonde-haired woman
trying to wave down traf-
fic. Also, a tractor trailer is
broke down on the side of
the road. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hilltop Rd, Board-
man that the neighbor’s cats
come onto her property to
defecate. RP is concerned
about her dogs getting par-
vo or sick from it.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Tews Ln, Ione that
RP who works for Fed Ex
advised there are three dogs
locked inside a pickup. RP
stated he has been there for
at least 10 minutes and no
one has come to the door or
is outside. RP is concerned
because it is hot outside,
and the vehicle is not on.
Contact made via phone.
Dogs were out of the ve-
hicle.
-MCSO received a re-
port at 1903 Memorial Park
on Linden Way, Heppner
that there is a big brown
hound dog there that has
porcupine quills stuck in
its face. RP advised the dog
seems friendly but won’t
come out from under his ve-
hicle. Dog was transported
to pet rescue.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a faded blue Ford
pickup came from Califor-
nia towards Seventh and ran
the stop sign. MCSO drove
through the area and the
vehicle was parked.
-MCSO received a re-
port at the Neighborhood
Center on N Main St, Hep-
pner that she has video foot-
age of someone dropping
a couch and loveseat that
isn’t usable near the gar-
bage cans. Larry Thomas
and Jason Buice were ar-
rested for offensive littering
and theft of services.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a silver Hyundai hatch-
back is trying to run others
off the road, speeding 90-
100 mph and passing on the
shoulder. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a white GMC
pickup sped towards Tenth.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Clark’s Canyon
Rd, Lexington that a man
in a white smaller pickup
stopped at her daughter’s
residence this morning. Rp
advised the high school
aged child went out and
asked what he wanted.
Male stated there was a
coyote down the road but
stated the male was acting
very suspicious. RP stated
that then later today the
same vehicle came to her
residence and stopped at
their shop, again asking
very suspicious.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that there has been a
lot of speeding traffic today.
MCSO staged in the area
for 40 minutes. No one was
speeding through the area.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that RP is concerned about
a female broken down,
advised there is a child
with her. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Sub Zero motel on
S First St, Irrigon that at the
apartments there is a family
outside. She observed a
toddler wander out in the
roadway and 8-year-old
child pulled it back. Ad-
vised this is not the first
time it has happened and is
concerned about the safety
of the child.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Crooked Rd/Depot
Ln, Irrigon of a large agri-
cultural fire out of control.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
of a hit and run. Should be
a semi with front end dam-
age. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at NW Esther Ct/N
First St, Irrigon of a suspi-
cious person on a bicycle.

by MCSO for UCCC war-
rant.
September 4: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report at Kunze Ln/
Mountain View Dr, Board-
man of loud music in the
area of W Glenn. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Abraham Barajas
was arrested by HPD for
P&P Detainer. Lodged at
UCJ with no bail.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Court St, Hep-
pner that there I s a dog
loose near her residence,
she has had previous prob-
lems with it trying to come
after her. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Pleasant View Rd,
Irrigon that his neighbor’s
dogs are chasing his vehicle
again.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W East St, Lex-
ington that her neighbor’s
dogs have been barking all
day long. It is on a chain
wrapped around a tree,
knocks its water over so it
has none. MCSO made con-
tact. Owners were advised
of the complaint.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Love’s Travel Stop
on Tower Rd, Boardman
that one of his drivers re-
alized his license plates
are missing. MCSO made
contact. Appears the plate
has been lost not stolen.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 730/I 84 E,
Boardman that a semi is
carrying an empty metal
transport container and the
trailer is open and swing-
ing everywhere. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that an olive green Subaru
Outback is all over the road
going from shoulder to
shoulder, kids in the back,
female driver is waving
her hands around. Female
is swerving so bad that she
can’t pass her. Referred to
other agency.
