Central Supply Clerk at
Pioneer Memorial Hospi-
tal. Duties include order-
ing, receiving and proper-
ly storing all materials for
office and medical sup-
plies, inspecting materials
received, separate stock
items for storage, mark
supplies to be charged out,
prepare purchase orders,
match order and receiving
documentation and code
invoices for Accounts Pay-
able Department, monitor
stock levels and place or-
ders as necessary, research
vendors for best prices,
perform various store-
room activities, complete
monthly reports, inventory
supplies at end of year and
complete reports in Excel,
develop and implement
policies, attend out of town
meetings with purchasing
group and maintain con-
tracts with vendors and
group.
Requires highly self-mo-
tivated and organized in-
dividual with excellent
communication skills who
can work independently.
Requires high school di-
ploma or equivalent and
have at least 2 years of ex-
perience in a position hav-
ing primary duties work-
ing with central supply and
purchasing. Broad knowl-
edge and understanding
of medical supplies, and
experience in Excel and
other desktop software
applications
preferred.
Starting wage range from
$18.42 - $20.05/hr DOQ
and excellent benefit pack-
age. Background check
and pre-employment drug

Requests for appointment
shall be presented to Pub-
lic Works in writing by the
candidate. Public Works
shall provide these to the
Morrow County Board
of Commissioners for ap-
proval and appointment.
The applicants shall com-
plete a form containing
complete
information
regarding
qualifications
and reasons for interest in
Committee membership.
The form shall be signed
and dated by the appli-
cant. The form is available
from the Morrow County
Public Works department.
Membership shall consist
of: one member from each
of the five incorporated
communities in Morrow
County; one representative
of north Morrow Coun-
ty and one representative
of south Morrow County;
two members at-large (one
being from north Morrow
County and one being from
south Morrow County);
agricultural representation
shall be given preference
for one of the at-large po-
sitions. This shall com-
prise the Morrow County
Road Committee Mem-
bership. A second group
of nine shall comprise the
alternate voting members
who may stand in as vot-
ing members if their des-
ignated voting member is
absent. This group shall be
selected in the same man-
ner as the voting members
using the same criteria for
geographic location. Mem-
bers shall reside or own
property within Morrow
County. Committee mem-
bers shall provide to Mor-
row County Public Works
and the Morrow County
Board of Commissioners
ongoing assistance with
review of the Transporta-
tion System Plan as relat-
ed to the Morrow County

istrative Rule Chapter 660
Division 8. This is the first
of at least two public hear-
ings with the final hearing
before the Board of Com-
missioners.
Opportunity to voice sup-
port or opposition to the
above applications or to
ask questions will be pro-
vided. Failure to raise an
issue in person or by letter
or failure to provide suffi-
cient specificity to afford
the decision maker an op-
portunity to respond to
the issue precludes appeal
to the Land Use Board of
Appeals based on those is-
sues.

Christmas tree permits
available on Umatilla Forest
Christmas tree permits
for the Umatilla Nation-
al Forest are available to
purchase at Forest offices,
several local businesses
and now online through
Recreation.gov.
Last year, the Uma-
tilla National Forest was
one of 13 National Forests
that offered Christmas tree
permits online through a
pilot program. This year, all
National Forests are selling
Christmas tree permits on-
line via Recreation.gov as
an added convenience for
the public and alternative
to in-person interactions.
Christmas tree permits
purchased online must be
printed to be valid and can
only be used on Umatilla
National Forest lands, as
specified on the permit.
Christmas tree permits cost
$5 each and are limited
to one per household. An
additional $2.50 fee will
be charged for permits pur-
chased through Recreation.
