position is accountable for
day-to-day maintenance
operations of a multi-fam-
ily housing and elderly
projects and the achieve-
ment of basic property
maintenance goals. The
Maintenance Technician
position is primarily re-
sponsible for maintaining
the physical condition of
the properties per compa-
ny operating and safety
standards and ensuring
that service requests, work
orders and repairs are
performed correctly and
in a timely manner. The
Maintenance Technician
will perform repairs and
maintenance throughout
the properties to include
tenant residences, com-
mon areas and grounds.

the Sheriff Station 2 Proj-
ect, located at Heppner,
Oregon 97836. The Work
includes constructing a
60-foot by 80-foot wood
building. The building
should be based on the
Conceptual Floor and Site
Plan. The Work also in-
cludes site prep and per-
mitting for construction.
Sealed Bids for the de-
scribed Project will be re-
ceived by Darrell Green,
County Administrator, or
his authorized represen-
tative, at Morrow County
Administration – Bar-
tholomew Building, P.O.
Box 788, Heppner, OR
97836, until 2:00 p.m. lo-
cal time, Thursday, Octo-
ber 1, 2020. Bids will be
publicly opened and read
October 1, 2020 at 3:30
p.m.
The Contract is subject to
the applicable provisions
of Oregon Revised Statutes
(ORS) 279C.800 through
ORS 279C.870, the Ore-
gon Prevailing Wage Law.
The Project is being fund-
ed by the Owner.
The project shall be com-
pleted within 120 consec-
utive calendar days after
the written Notice to Pro-
ceed from the Owner. The
Owner anticipates making
the Contract award on or
before October 15, 2020,
upon reviewing the Bids.
The Contractor and sub-
contractors shall be li-
censed, bonded, and in-
sured for doing business
in the State of Oregon. The
Project will require execu-
tion of Performance and
Payment Bonds specific to
the Project.
A Bid Form is included
with the Request for Bids
documents for the Bidder's
use in preparing and sub-
mitting their Bid. This is
the only Bid Form that will
be accepted by the Owner
for the Project.
The Bidder shall submit,
with its Bid, the Bidder's
Certification Statements
as Required by Certain
Oregon Revised Statutes
(ORS) form. This form is
included with the Request
for Bids documents.

ments will be provided for
bidding purposes.

County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on Hwy
730, Irrigon that RP located
on firearm on the side of the
hwy. MCSO checked all
turnouts. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on E East St, Lexington
that a yellow lab is out and
barking aggressively at her
over the fence. She advised
this has been and issue and
neighbor keeps taunting her
dogs to make them bark and
then calls the SO.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a grey Dodge truck
sped down the street and ran
the stop sigh on Seventh.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Doolittle Canyon
Ln, Heppner that neigh-
bor’s dogs are barking and
have been since 7 a.m. RP
has recordings of it.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Morrow County
Court house that there is
a deer that looks very sick
and injured. MCSO re-
sponded; the deer is okay.
Just has a growth on the
side of its face.

report from a subject in
Irrigon that someone had
stolen his food stamp card.

The male was trespassed
from the scene. There was
a notation that they were
referring to regular gravel
rocks.
-MCSO received infor-
mation that the Irrigon Ma-
rina authorized dry camp-
ing for Friday, Saturday and
Sunday nights.
-MCSO received report
from a subject in Irrigon
who said his son pulled a
knife on him and threat-
ened him. The stepson was
currently cooking in the
kitchen with the knife, there
were no injuries and the
situation had calmed down.
The subject advised the
deputy that the step son is
mentally ill and asked the
deputy to explain the con-
sequences of his action to
him. A deputy responded
and determined that the
incident did not constitute
menacing.
-MCSO received a re-
port from a subject that she
had received a text from
one of her patients who
said she was in an abusive
relationship, possibly in an
altercation earlier that day.
Deputies responded but
found no signs of abuse
or assault. A message was
left for Community Coun-
seling.
-MCSO received a re-
quest from a subject for
a deputy to contact her.
She said she had questions
about reporting someone as
a runaway. A follow-up was
set for a later date.
-MCSO received re-
port of vehicles playing
loud music on Division and
Utah. The caller said the
vehicle went down Seventh
toward Idaho. A deputy
checked the area but was
unable to locate anything.
-MCSO received re-
port of suspicious activity
concerning a person in a
pickup with a horse trailer.
A deputy responded and the
subjects were able to get the
vehicle underway.
-MCSO received report
from a subject on Gilmore
St. that a neighbor’s dog
was barking, didn’t have
any water, the neighbor
wasn’t home and the caller
was afraid the dog might
be dying.

ity at Willow Creek Reser-
voir in Heppner concerning
a vehicle in the upper park-
ing lot.
-MCSO responded to
a request for extra patrol
concerning criminal mis-
chief on California Ave. in
Irrigon.
-MCSO responded to
a request for extra patrol at
Eighth Rd. and Gravel Pit
Lane in Irrigon concerning
people going through mail-
boxes.
-MCSO received report
of a Red Ford Expedition
swerving all over the road
on Hwy. 730 in Irrigon.
MCSO was unable to locate
the vehicle.
-MCSO received report
of suspicious activity on
Boardman Ave. with a male
about 5’10” wearing camo
shorts and a backwards hat
that just left his neighbor’s
house near his boat. He said
the male was carrying some
sort of item. The caller said
he knows his neighbor and
was sure the person did not
live there. An officer and
a deputy were unable to
locate the subject.
