The 2020 Colt volley-

outside at the Heppner Fit
Park this year to allow so-

Foundation, has extended
the application period for
the 2020 grants. Categories
for qualifying groups or
projects are literary, his-
torical preservation, vi-
sual and performing arts,
humanities, and cultural
organizations.
In previous years,
grants were awarded for
projects that included
writing festivals, histor-
ical books, art programs
in schools, quilting, kid’s
activities for parks, drama
and musical workshops and
art displays.
Grants can be award-
ed for up to 50 percent of
the total project cost. For
