The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information:
June 30 (cont.): Mor-
row County Sheriff’s Office
received a report on Kin-
cade Rd SW, Boardman
that 74 yo male BP is 79/50.
Patient was transported to
GSH.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that two vehicles ran
the stop sign at Seventh/
Utah. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Lexington
of a grass fire between Hep-
pner and Lexington.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Rand Rd, Irrigon of
a fully engulfed outbuild-
ing/garage fire.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that there is a vehicle on the
side of the road with their
hazards on. MCSO made
contact and advised him
he can’t be traveling on the
shoulder.
July 1: Morrow Coun-
ty Sheriff’s Office received
a report at W Idaho Ave/
SW Second St, Irrigon that
a black cow is out on the
road. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a
report on Doolittle Can-
yon Ln, Heppner that his
neighbor’s dogs are howl-
ing. Dogs could be heard
barking in the background.
Luke Young was issued
citation for dog as a public
nuisance.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Church St,
Heppner that she has seen
some juveniles riding bikes
without helmets and would
like a deputy to drop some
off to them. Juveniles are
about 7, 10 and 13. Deputy
responded and provide hel-
met to juvenile that didn’t
have one. Other two ju-
veniles had helmets, just
hadn’t been wearing them.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Washington
Ave, Irrigon that her neigh-
bor’s dog is loose and was
likely chasing her cats. She
would like them contacted
and advised to control their
dog. Deputy responded.
Dog is back on owner’s
property.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Bunker Hill Ln/Hwy
74, Heppner that a green
Chevy pickup with canopy
is all over the road. Deputy
located vehicle. No issues
observed.
-MCSO received a
report that Joseph Wil-
liam Johnson was arrested
on IJC warrant. Already
lodged at UCJ, bail $6,000.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Marco Antonio
Garcia was arrested by BPD
on MCPP. Lodged at UCJ,
no bail.
-MCSO received a re-
port at I 84 E, Boardman
of a disabled motor home.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that subject went down
Tenth towards Hwy 730 at a
high rate of speed. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Washington
Ave, Irrigon that a male
subject has a knife in his
hand. Jay Dee Keel was
arrested by MCSO. Lodged
at UCJ, bail of $100,000.
July 2: Morrow Coun-
ty Sheriff’s Office received
a report on W Seventh Rd,
Irrigon that a yellow lab is
at their house.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Ione Rural Protec-
tion Dist. on W Main St,
Ione of a suspicious white
Kia, engine is warm, rifle
in the back seat.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Morrow County
OHV park, Forest Ser-
vice 21 Rd, Heppner that
two black angus cows are
walking down the middle
of the road. Cows were put
back in.
-MCSO received a
report at Orchard Wind
Operations on Alpine Ln,
Lexington that there was a
theft last night of 240-260
ft. of copper.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Ione that
there are two black cows
with horns heading down
the road. Possibly the prop-
erty next to the grange.
-MCSO received a re-
port at I 84 W, Boardman
of a disabled vehicle.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Sixth Rd, Irrigon
that there is a shed on fire.
Fire was put out.
-MCSO received a re-
port at the Sinclair Station
on Main St N, Boardman
that at the park there is a
male crying out. Not sure
what the problem is.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Jacob Michael
Spaulding was arrested on
MCPP. Subject lodged at
UCJ, no bail.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 730/Lewis and
Clark Dr, Boardman of 12
glass bottles broken. ODOT
was advised.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 207 Echo,
Lexington of a disabled ve-
hicle, individuals walking.
Individuals were given a
courtesy ride into Heppner.
-MCSO received a
report at Pettyjohn’s on
Linden Way, Heppner of
an MVA in the parking lot.
UPS truck was hit by anoth-
er vehicle.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Main St, Ione
that there are individuals
setting off fireworks and not
being safe about it.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a gray Pathfinder is go-
ing over 100 mph. Referred
to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port at NW Second St/NW
Washington Ave, Irrigon of
vehicle parked in the mid-
dle of the roadway.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 207 Echo,
Lexington that alligator was
removed from the lane.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Baltimore St,
Heppner that the deer in his
backyard looks really rough
and sick, may need to be
dispatched.
-MCSO received a re-
port on S Main St, Heppner
that RP feels threatened by
his wife like she may be
trying to poison him. CCS
advised.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Cain Ln, Irrigon that
there are two people at the
end of the driveway asking
if they could walk through
the property. Unable to
locate.
July 3: Morrow Coun-
ty Sheriff’s Office received
a report at Orchard Wind
Operations on Alpine Ln,
Lexington that he is doing
security and sees a vehicle
on the property and can not
identify it. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a Ford F150 is
flying from Seventh at a
high rate of speed and did
not stop at the stop sign.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Second St, Irri-
gon that there were a couple
dogs in her pasture earlier.
One of her cows is injured.
MCSO responded, RP and
dog owner will be working
it out.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 207 Echo/
Baseline Ln, Lexington of a
vehicle parked, unoccupied.
Not a hazard.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Board-
man that there is a vehicle
tailgating and unable to
maintain lane and speed.
MCSO located vehicle but
was unable to observe any
violations.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Doolittle Canyon
Ln, Heppner that dogs are
on his property. Dog own-
er was issued citation for
dogs at large as a public
nuisance.
-MCSO received a re-
port of an assault at Sinclair
Station, Main St N, Board-
man. Under investigation.
-MCSO received a re-
port at I 84 W, Boardman
of vehicle going 100 mph.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port of assault at Main St
S/Front St SE, Boardman.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Doolittle Canyon
Ln, Heppner that there are
dogs barking.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 730, Irrigon
of a reckless motorcycle,
passed the RP at 80 mph.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Root Ln, Boardman
that a couple cars went pas
his house at a high rate of
speed.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NW Gale ST, Hep-
pner that 80 yo has fallen
and unable to get up. Patient
refusal.
-MCSO received a re-
port at DOT gravel pit on
Hwy 207, Heppner that
his truck overheated and is
parked in the gravel pit. He
will be back in the morning
to retrieve it.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Castle Rock Apart-
ments, Tatone St, Board-
man that Julian Zaplan
was arrested by BPD for
harassment. Lodged at UCJ
with $2,500 bail.
July 4: Morrow Coun-
ty Sheriff’s Office received
a report at Heppner Main
Street Park, N Main St,
Heppner of suspicious ac-
tivity. Subject took off on
foot. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on S First St, Irrigon
of a disturbance between
mother and brother. Nadia
T Aguilar was arrested by
MCSO, lodged at UCJ with
$20,000 bail.
-MCSO received a
report at W Seventh Rd/
Magic Garden Ln, Irrigon
of a small horse running on
Seventh, possibly trying to
get to its mom. Small bull
was located in the pasture
with its mother.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that there was a gray
van that picks up people
running the stop sign and
going 30 mph which is
still under construction.
Unfounded.
-MCSO received a
report at Mountain Glen
Apartments on NE Pioneer
Dr, Heppner that the neigh-
bor’s bathroom faucet has
been running for over an
hour. Would like deputy to
check.
-MCSO received a re-
port at E Hwy 730/NE
Tenth St, Irrigon that when
he came across the cross-
walk a black Ford Ranger
and maroon Honda did not
stop and he was already
crossing the street. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Morrow County
OHV Park, Forest Service
21 Rd, Heppner of a dis-
abled ATV.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Seventh Rd, Irri-
gon that people are driving
fast around a blind corner
by his house. RP would like
someone to drive by just to
get people to slow down.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Bombing Range Rd/
Hwy 207 Echo, Lexington
that two pit bull mixed
breed dogs are running
loose in the area.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Hwy 730/SW Third
St, Irrigon that there was a
dog hit that is trying to get
across the highway. Looks
like dog has been injured
pretty badly. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a
report at W Seventh Rd/
Usage Ln, Irrigon that a
Razer side by side ATV is
speeding down their road.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that there are aerial
fireworks coming from
Seventh and from Division.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Green Acres on
Paterson Ferry Rd, Irrigon
that the neighbor that owns
the farm next to the park are
setting off illegal fireworks
over the park.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Eighth Rd, Irri-
gon that his car was vandal-
ized. Someone threw a rock
at his car, breaking some
glass and denting his door.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Nichols Rd, Lex-
ington that there is a border
collie there. Dog seems
to be scared of fireworks
and is hiding underneath
her car.
-MCSO received a re-
port at NE Fifth St/NE
Oregon Ave, Irrigon that
aerial fireworks are up-
setting RP’s dogs. Deputy
made contact with subject
lighting the fireworks.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Division St/SE
Utah Ave, Irrigon that there
are several residences play-
ing loud music and there
are also kids at the corner
blaring music out of their
vehicles. RP inquired on if
MCSO has been defunded.
Advised he hasn’t seen a
deputy on his street in seven
days. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Elder St, Hep-
pner that there is a fire by
RP’s house from fireworks.
-MCSO received a re-
port of illegal fireworks
on NW Jewell Ct, Irrigon.
Resident will no longer be
deploying fireworks.
MCSO checked the area, all
horses were sleeping, none
deceased. Unfounded.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Lexington
of a vehicle rollover, one
entrapped. Female is con-
scious and breathing but
injured. Patient was trans-
ported to PMH.
-MCSO received a re-
port on E May St, Heppner
that subject took a lawn
mower from her trailer and
took parts off of it and put
on his mother’s mower.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Froberg Ln, Irrigon
that there are two medium
sized dogs that showed up
on her property. MCSO
responded and transported
the dogs to pet rescue.
-MCSO received a re-
port at NW Gale St/NW
Center St, Heppner that
male fell off his wheelchair,
halfway in the street. Pa-
tient refusal.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Heppner
that there is a cow with its
head stuck in the fence near
the county shop on the west
side of the street. Owner
was contacted.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a red Ford Focus
flew down 35 mph towards
Tenth. Unable to locate.

the boat launch with lights
on but no one around.

Ln, Boardman of a car
speeding that went off the
road.

on Tower Rd, Boardman of
an assault.
