gives notice pursuant to

Board of Commissioners
of the Port will consider
a Resolution (the “Reso-
lution”) at a regular meet-
ing to be held at 1:30 p.m.
on Wednesday, February
12, 2020 at the Riverfront

thorize the issuance, sale,

The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information:
November 4: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report on Steagall
Rd, Irrigon that RP saw two
men and one naked woman
who was screaming in their
pump house. MCSO and
BPD responded. Advised
it was a misunderstanding.
No crime.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Washington Ln, Ir-
rigon that a male in a black
hoodie came through the
front door. RP was watch-
ing TV and startled the
male and chased him out
the door. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a utility white has one
of his trailer tires flat and
smoking trailer. Referred
to OSP.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Eighth St, Irri-
gon that an older black lab
is loose. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at NE Court St/NE
Stansbury St, Heppner that
his brother is dead and
when returning with the
vehicle it became disabled
near the tennis courts.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon High School
on SW Wyoming Ave, Irri-
gon that a 16-year-old male
is having a seizure.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Pioneer Memorial
Hospital on NE Pioneer
Dr, Heppner that his wife
passed away the there is a
missing necklace. Under
investigation.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a disabled vehicle
at Dee Cos Rd/Hwy 74,
Heppner.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Division St/E
Hwy 730, Irrigon that a
white SUV is driving er-
ratically and peeling out
on the gravel road. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a blue Nissan
4-door went past his house
at a high rate of speed to-
wards Division. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a white Dodge
pickup went past his house
at a high rate of speed head-
ing towards neighbor ’s
place. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that there is a vehicle
double parked at his neigh-
bor’s residence. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a
report on California Ln,
Irrigon that there is a ve-
hicle idling for the last 30
minutes. RP would like the
vehicle to be turned off.
Advised that he will know
if MCSO did their job or
not when the vehicles are
turned off. RP does not
want contact.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Brandon St/
SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that
a suspicious vehicle, red
Honda, went up to Division
and then pulled into some-
one else’s house and then
came back down Brandon.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a red Honda Civic
went past his house at a
high rate of speed. Looked
like he was trying to avoid
the cops. Unable to locate.
November 5: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report at E Hwy
730/ SE Seventh St, Irrigon
that a blue and black Ford
is near the location and
has expired WA plates. RP
advised the driver has no
license and the vehicle has
no insurance.
-MCSO received a re-
port at AC Houghton, NE
Main Ave, Irrigon that five
capped syringes were lo-
cated on the Tenth side of
the school.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that there is a vehicle speed-
ing and unable to maintain
lane. RP advised it is a
white Toyota SUV. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Morrow County
OHV Park, forest Service
21 Road, Heppner of an
illegal kill, was a 2X2 elk.
Referred to other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-

First Friday Friends
of Jesus, a free activity for
children age four to 12, will
meet Friday, February 7 at
the All Saints Parish Hall
from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
Like a mini-Vacation Bible
School, the program in-
cludes Bible stories, crafts,
games and music. The
morning concludes with a
free lunch.

when he was crossing the
intersection a maroon GMC
with a camper sped up and
went around the RP. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at NE Oregon Ave/NE
Seventh St, Irrigon that RP
was attacked by a brindle
pit. RP does not want med-
ical attention.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Summit Ln, Board-
man that RP was inquiring
when the deputies were
supposed to come to his
house to give him a new
social security number.
Dispatch advised it was
probably a scam, the Sher-
iff’s Office does not do that.

RP advised he got the call
yesterday, drained out his
bank account and went to
Wal-Mart to purchase the
gift cards.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Ridge Crest Ln,
Boardman of the theft of
a goat. RP does not have
phone and is Spanish speak-
ing only. MCSO was ad-
vised the goat was returned.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Clarks Canyon Rd,
Lexington that every week-
day morning between 0640
and 0700 there is white
Dodge that goes by their
residence at a very high rate
of speed.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a white Buick sedan
was following for about
eight miles. Referred to
other agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a blue Toyota
Corolla sped towards Tenth.
Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Ione that
RP believes he is following
an intoxicated driver, all
over the road. Just turned
south on Green St.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Wagon Wheel Loop,
Irrigon of a black dog out in
the area. Unable to locate.
