gon that there are two pugs
loose.

port on Kunze Ln, Board-
man that sometime last
night the cabinets on his car
trailer were gone through.
Not sure if anything was
taken.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Heppner Market
Fresh on N Main St, Hep-
pner that someone just as-
saulted him. RP states he
was pushed four times.
-MCSO received a re-
port of a drunk driver on I
84 W, Boardman. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 W, Boardman
that a male was going at
a high rate of speed and
wouldn’t let the subject
go by.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Division Rd,
Irrigon that male would like
a deputy to stop and check
the damages done to his
dog. He isn’t sure what did
it or why. Advised if there is
a predator, he will shoot it.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a grey Chevy
Silverado is driving across
the field.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Court St, Hep-
pner that juvenile son has
not returned home from
practice yet. Subject does
not want to sign son as
a runaway currently. RP
called back and subject had
returned.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Gilmore St,
Heppner that there is a dy-
ing deer near her neighbor’s
drive. Unable to locate.
August 29: Morrow
County Sheriff ’s Office
received a report on Lewis
and Clark Dr, Boardman of
a 23-year-old female with
difficulty breathing. Patient
refusal.
-MCSO received a
report at Mountain Glen
Apartments on NE Pioneer
Dr, Heppner that a subject is
at location and believes he
is trespassed. Deputy made
contact with subject and
advised him of the trespass
once more.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a white Ford F150
flew by and had a couple of
kids standing up in the back
seat. Kids were around 5
years old. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 730, Irrigon
that a male driver was hit-
ting himself in the head
and acting strange. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a
report that Brian Harold
Seelye was arrested by
UPD on MCCC warrant.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Columbia Ln, Ir-
rigon that a Husky killed
his chickens and is still in
the area chasing his cats.
Owner was issued citation.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Heppner
that a school bus driver
hit a deer. He had kids but
checked on them and every-
one was OK. He is on his
way back to Irrigon. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Brannon Auto Re-
pair, E May St, Heppner
of a vehicle with lights on.
Deputy made contact with
property owner.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Riverview Mobile
Court on E Hwy 730, Ir-
rigon that she cannot find
her 14-year-old sister, she
got angry and left. MCSO
deputies made contact with
both parties. Juvenile was
located.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 207 Echo,
Echo of a single vehicle
rollover. One occupant is
out and walking around,
vehicle is non-blocking.
Patient refusal. Dillon Jo-
seph Dilley was arrested
on MCSO P&P detainer,
lodged at UCJ, no bail.

non-blocking and not a traf-
fic hazard.
-MCSO received a re-
port at NE Center St/NE
Chase St, Heppner that
someone parked a cargo
trailer at the old car wash.
RP owns that property and
doesn’t want it there.
-MCSO received a re-
port at I 84 E, Boardman
that there is a mattress in the
road. Hazard was removed
from the roadway.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SW Fourth St, Ir-
rigon that individuals that
have been trespassing on
their property are back.
Daughter has video footage
of them on the property.
They have no trespassing
signs up.

The Elks Northeast
District Hoop Shoot con-
test was held January 5 at
Hermiston. The Northeast
District consists of Hood
River, The Dalles, Condon,
Heppner, Hermiston, Mil-
ton-Freewater, Enterprise
and Baker Elks Lodges. 34
kids representing seven of
the eight lodges competed
at the district contest.
The first-place con-
testant in each age group
will complete at the State
Elks Hoop Shoot contest in
Silverton, OR on February
8. The winner in each age
group will move on to com-
pete at the regional contest
March 2020 in Pasco, WA.
These kids will shoot free
throws against winners
from the Elks Area Eight
states of Alaska, Washing-
ton and Idaho. Regional
winners will then complete
at the national level in Chi-
cago.
